Thanks for this platform. It's crazy how Cryptocom as a company is yet to be put on the blast for the atrocities they have been doing! It goes from closed accounts to people not being able to trade their money back into their accounts. You can google Spirassp and Crypto Scam Defense (CSD) as they are helping people recover from this day light robbery. They locked and closed my account with $11,452 in it giving all sort of excuses claiming they had they rights without no real explanation but luckily I got my money out and ran faraway from Cryptocom.

Hello my name is Richard Price and my experience with crypto.com has been nothing but a nightmare... I've been trying to withdrawal funds now for quite sometime and it seems nobody cares or has tried to fix the problem... You see they put a 24 hr. Hold on funds when trying to withdrawl for security reasons but here's the problem ITS BEEN DAYS and nobody cl cares... Please don't make the same mistake I did because nobody should have to go through this... All they care about is your money and advertising with the Lakers... also if they were that good they would offer more of the crypto thats gonna make you money... they only have a small amount that's worth anything... So again if your new be careful don't make a mistake because there is no one who cares... true story worst customer service ever

100% avoid...this app is designed in everyday possible to not give you your money once deposited. You will have no way to get your money back and your money will be held against your will with no responses from support and no possible human conversation. Even the people replying to bad reviews ask us to contact them through email and even THEY ignore as well

My visa card card stopped working. When you contact support they say that the department in charge will take care of it as soon as possible. They keep telling me same crap after all the money i have lost, Trust me, Do not use their services, they are Swindlers. My money was repaid back to me after i reported it to gavibrenaid.com. Unfortunately for them they were not able to outsmart Gavibren Aid Recovery.

They're definitely not what they claim to be, and if you are not careful they will take all you have. I was restricted from my account and i had $178,000 that was stuck in there i was so depressed until a friend told me to reach out to the best and trusted recovery company and i did sent them a mail " support@ globlerecovery. Com i was surprised they facilitated the retrieval of all my lost funds that was stuck in this Crypto in just few day.

3% credit card deposit fee, high spread when you purchase and when you go to sell they offer you 5% below market value. They are absolute chancers and the customer service just directs you to standard documents which are completely unhelpful.

I sent $250 from an exchange to my crypto.com wallet and its not there but showing on block chain.
My friend told me to put my private key or 12 words in another app, but crypto.com won't give them to me.
Support made me fill out loads of details about the tx, but why?
It's on the fkn block chain for all to see.

Their reviews are all fake, all paid. They're a bunch of scam artists. After I signed up did the kyc verification I got banned. A waste of time, they just steal your info. Days after I entered my bank info ready to deposit and buy cro, they locked my crypto.com app, couldn't do anything. Beware! I do not recommend

I know the modern world dont talk to each other. Everyone likes to hide behind their screen and just read rules and regulations to. It would seem someone in that company would realize i needed a little help and would have reached out to me. But noooooooo they like there canned emails and smartass answers that i got back. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

During a difficult time with crypto.com, ragerapid assistance was invaluable in helping me recover my lost funds. Their vast experience in cryptocurrencies has been a lifeline. Even amidst the obstacles, they have remained consistently professional. When it comes to dealing with cryptocurrency issues, their service stands out as top-notch.

Crypto.com customer support service is terrible. They promise to reply any message sent through live chat service but no one even see those messages. I have sending them messages for 6 days now, they did not even see them. I initiated a withdrawal of $50k 6days ago which is still pending and customer service is silent. Emailed them too but no reply. I don't know how to get them to respond.

Slow, Clunky, Updates far too often, too much needless verification in which it forced you to download another app to "verify". Fees to transfer crypto as oppose to other wallets which is free. 24 hour wait to "whitelist" another wallet to transfer crypto. Honestly, use another wallet, these guys don't know how to make an app.

These delays and setup for crypto space defeat the purpose of Satoshis. What happen to trustless transactions? Speed? Anonymity? All the things that make up crypto space! This is just another bank. NO! (FYi: they still wont respond or release my withdrawal because of this review? INSANITY!)

Well I got suspended from Trust Pilot telling the truth about Crypto.com. I have Harley, Stanley, Kimmy, Sora, Eveln and Selena working on my account to get my $98 back. I feel sorry for anybody that has more than I do, you proably will never see it again.
