I made an instant deposit into Crypto.com, and while the deposit reflected immediately—allowing me to buy crypto right away—I quickly learned there was a catch. When I tried to transfer the crypto to another platform, I was informed that there was a hold on the deposit, even though the funds had already been withdrawn from my bank account.

Customer service told me there was a seven-day hold, which I wasn't happy about, but I decided to wait it out. After seven days, I attempted to transfer the funds again, only to be told that the hold actually starts one day after the deposit—making it an eight-day wait. Then, when I tried again, I was informed that it wasn't just seven days but seven business days. Since I had deposited the money on a Friday, the weekends didn't count, extending the hold to a total of 12 days.

They are a scam site, you invest some money at first, when you are about to withdraw they start asking for different forms of identifications which was not asked at first when making a deposit. They scammed me of over $13k coz i sold most of my stuffs to invest in them. Thankfully, a friend introduced me to the people on my dp and they helped me get my money back through legal means and quite some paperworks tho lol, but it was worth it so i recommend them.

I am not able to access my account because it won't send a second step authentication code. It says it was sent successfully but my cell receives squat. They do not reply to my emails. This had happened a few times before in having to attempt getting a code a dozen or so times and after connecting with customer service a few times over 2 months all they came up with was, they are checking into it, and once told me to turn on and off the airplane mode of my cell... that's a joke. Now they don't respond and I do NOT have any problem with any other crypto or online site with a 2 step authentication. Until they solve my problem, I highly recommend you DO NOT use crypto.com and have no choice but to label them as scammers! So, at this time, I'm out $2K and doubt I'll ever see it.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Once they have your money they don't care. Try and make a withdrawal, and they make it as difficult as possible. Try to get some customer service support and you will spend eternity texting trying to get a resolution. Don't even bother. Worst experience ever. Buyer beware.

Today is 30.11.2023 and nothing done, I am still waiting. Plenty different operators in chat writing same phrases with 0 help in fact.

This company has a team that hacks the accounts on Social Media and promotes its disgusting business. I'm reporting to Cyber Crime Police all the time. They have hacked my email, then Instagram and Facebook

I notice their cost of tokens are slightly higher or lower depending on how they can take advantage. For example: my Eth is higher on every exchange except theirs. So they steal.02 plus the fee to withdraw. Imagine doing this to all of your customers. They're making out like a bandit. An extra $50 they stole which adds up. Taking my coins and deleting account.

The app is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Fees are horrible. I regret setting up an account with these abomination of an app and trusting it. If you ever do business with these people just be warned. You will enter hell. I thought it was a nice exchange until I ended up changing my phone number. A more professional platform would use methods other than just a phone number to verify yourself. For example, a 6 digit pin that only you would know. But, no. This exchange has to be difficult. It will literally take you days to get things done. Good luck finding someone who cares, cause they are probably doing blow all day and the last thing they need is to deal with customers. I'm going with coinbase. Simple, practical, and necessary.
