Customer support is bad and mob app is not working most of the time. They are just thefts, dont register

Of course it is the company's right to deny service to anyone, but after downloading the app going through a rather onerous process of having to share my Driver's License and do a full facial video, they simply came back and said I was rejected, without any explanation of what failed. When I queried, I was told there is no further information and it was a business decision. I uninstalled the app from my Android phone

The app is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Fees are horrible. I regret setting up an account with these abomination of an app and trusting it. If you ever do business with these people just be warned. You will enter hell. I thought it was a nice exchange until I ended up changing my phone number. A more professional platform would use methods other than just a phone number to verify yourself. For example, a 6 digit pin that only you would know. But, no. This exchange has to be difficult. It will literally take you days to get things done. They have this silly policy about taking a picture of yourself in a certain way, like this (https://help.crypto.com/en/articles/*******-photo-authentication). Good luck finding someone who cares, cause they are probably doing blow all day and the last thing they need is to deal with customers. I'm going with coinbase. Simple, practical, and necessary.

On the first day of this year, I asked Crypto.com support for some info about the Visa Card, and I got it. They also gave me some links to follow. I took one, went to Telegram and was welcomed by a person named "Smith," who scammed me and took all my money from a blockchain wallet. My guard was down since I always trusted and followed what support said. I complained at Crypto.com and was told that my case had escalated and that I would be contacted. Weeks passed, and I inquired several times and was always told the same - case escalated, our team is on it, wait for the contact. After more than 60 days later, they finally emailed me this:

"Unfortunately, there are no any other actions can be done on our side. We recommend you to contact your Local Police Department so they can investigate further."

1. They always lied to me, saying that their team would contact me.
2. There was probably no team; they just wanted to bury the case.
3. Maybe the Telegram scammer was not alone but part of a scheme. Just read the reviews on Trustpilot!
4. Does Crypto.com have no responsibility for the consequences of the information they provide and for the safety of those entering their environment?
5. They made me lose money even before I became their client! All I wanted was to inquire if I should sign up with them.

My recommendation: avoid them. Nonprofessional and not honest.

Yes they help me finaly after seven days and they reopen my accound because also I had to follow the instractions from the boot which it was very hard for me. They transfer my small amound to the bank and I still trade to the platform. I see in general everything is ok.

How could anyone think this app could garner mass adoption. It is fN quagmire! It takes a million clicks and a road map from hell to get anything done. I know the modern world dont talk to each other. Everyone likes to hide behind their screen and just read rules and regulations to. It would seem someone in that company would realize i needed a little help and would have reached out to me. But noooooooo they like there canned emails and smartass answers that i got back. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

Every time you try to sell. They quote you at a way lower price. I have done my research on current prices on different exchanges and they scam you out of your profits little by little. Seen this over time...completely off crypto.com after over a year no good moving on.

Stay clear. Don't give any details. They call and call and call. They don't understand do not call or stop or F off. Photo shows calls over five minutes after 9.00pm then again today.
