I would like to say I'm very happy with my service. I went to the cricket store in Tuscaloosa alabama highway 69 south the sweet lady that worked there Indya was helpful & she is a very sweet young lady & takes her job very seriously. She is pleasant to talk to & very helpful. She deserves a raise. It's hard to find people like her anymore. I give this location & miss Indya 5 or more starting. God bless the sweet & helpful lady.
Went to upgrade my phone, was in VA beach and got good service and a quote. Was in Norfolk, the same afternoon, one employee, came out of back I felt bad for her,she was obviously not well trained, gave me the wrong quote for cellphone.Thos was not a failure of the employee,it was the failure of management.
Cricket wireless is terrible and a waste of money. If you're having device issues, the dumbass Indians from customer support will hang up on you after you've waited 30+ minutes on hold. Service is trash, constantly having to restart my devices to attempt to reconnect to internet.
I've experienced the worst phone service with this company. They added services that I didn't request, they overcharged me, they didn't unlock my phone due to shady practices. You should never pay a dime to this company unless you want to be scammed by them. Stay away!
Every time I have to interact with customer service it's a terrible experience. I just recently had to interact with them and instead of canceling an order they canceled my entire service all together. This caused me a great amount of inconvenience having to drive miles and miles to a store and replace a SIM card for absolutely no reason at all. The SIM card worked fine just before I called customer service. Cricket you need to do something about your customer service they are absolutely terrible.
I placed an order for new service on a brand new account with Cricket Wireless. Their current promotional offer was for a Samsung A10e for the price of $9.99, instead of its regular pricing, if the customer ports in a new number to Cricket. I successfully did port a number from another carrier to Cricket Wireless.
After the number successfully ported out from my old carrier to Cricket, I received an order confirmation confirming the successful transfer and opening of my new Cricket account. But it failed to include the Samsung A10e phone I specifically ordered for $9.99 on the order. When calling their customer service I was advised that they cannot correct their error and send me the Samsung A10e for $9.99, as they promised before I ported my number to them.
Worst customer service with a phone carrier. After a network upgrade, i could not place any calls. I went to the store and the considerate gal there tried to explain to the person at corporate that i was not the only one having issues. Cricket did not fix the problem and did not refund any money i spent for a new sim card and a new phone.
I was on autopay and they took my payment for the next month's service. 5 days into the new month, I changed cell companies. I called asking for the money back for the remaining days after i quit using their service. I spoke to a guy and a supervisor in customer service and they both said they don't give refunds when a person quits using their service. Since I ported out the number, it negates everything. I actually ported the same number from another company to cricket in the first place, so it was not their original phone number to begin with. I have switched cell services before in the middle of a billing cycle and have always received the refund due for any days that was not used.
I used my insurance I pay for each month to file a claim as my phone quit charging. I did what I was told online and when I hit the sent button I received an error to contact the 800#. I did just that and completed the transaction online and paid my $40 dollar deductible and was told the phone would be sent in 2-3 business days. Due to the MLK Holiday I message today to see if my phone had been shipped and was told the money had been taken from my account but the online transaction had to be complete to ship the phone? The transaction was complete. You took my money. The phone call ended. Either LISE the chat agent doesn't know what she is talking about or I have sat since last Thursday night thinking my phone was shipped to me. Horrible customer service and horrible insurance protection plan. This makes me think I made a mistake moving to Cricket. Why should I have to do all this when stores are wide open and have no customers in them.
Cricket is the worst, and the CSR's are uninformed and rude! We switched one of our 2 Cricket kid's lines to Verizon today. We were told that everything went through and we were good to go, so they cancelled our 1 Cricket line we requested. Well, the "port # switch" didn't end up going through successfully, so in order to successfully switch the phone number over to Verizon, Cricket wanted us to pay a $45 reactivation fee to reactivate the phone (for 2 seconds) to switch the phone # over to Verizon correctly. They were very rude and unhelpful, after they turned the line off in the first place, because we were "good to go." After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with a Cricket CSR and a Verizon CSR simultaneously, we said f u very much and ended up cancelling the other line with Cricket as well.
The insurance is terrible. They insurance is $7 a month and says it covers physical damage, but my phone got damaged and I had to pay a $75 nonrefundable deductible.
I have been paying the insurance for over a year so I have already paid $96 in insurance. Also no one told me when I bought the insurance that I get a one year free warranty so i've been paying for the insurance for no reason. Now I'm one month outside of my one year warranty and still have the $7 a month insurance. So now that I have paid the $75 deductible I have spent $171 on a phone only worth $99.
Needless to say i'm pissed! I would give it 0 stars but that's not an option.
I signed up with them after I lost my phone and was in a hurry to just get service with someone.
The service was phone service was terrible. The in store customer service was terrible.
If you want worse service at a higher fee then go with Cricket.
Worst cell phone company, too many issues, never again will I go with this company. They don't take care of any problems, worst customer service, was a nightmare been with this Cricket cell phone company... Too many issues
I left metro pcs after years to join cricket thinking it was a better option. The one time I needed an extension they readjusted my due date. I was only asking for a two day extension. My due date was reset from the 27 to the 23. Making me lose 5 days of service. I was gonna make my payment on the 29th in full. I called for assistance and all they did was screw me over. Now my bill is due on the 23rd way earlier than my pay day on the 29th . Don't bother Wasting your time with cricket. Customer service sucks.
The insurance that cricket uses is the worst and I would only think cricket knows this. My daughter was lied to about the cost of a replacement phone and was not informed that the replacement phone would be an outdated one. Cricket is telling me this is an insurance issue. The cricket poor business practice and being lied to is not an insurance issue. Stay away from this company and the insurance company they use.
What I don't like or don't agree with cricket wireless is my phone bill was due today which I paid on the same day of the payment, but they still charged me the late fee.
If the bill was due today and I paid on the same day, why did they still charged me the late fee.
I paid on the same day.
I don't understand this
So I called because the system wouldnt allow me to pay me bill. Currently on hold to speak to manager and no one is answering. I am really starting to hate their services. One start only because I had to. Seems like they are getting worst.
I was 2 days late on bill. I went to the cricket store and was told I would have to have a new phone number and they did not tell me I would have to re-apply for ACP again, that was in May at the same time I signed up for auto pay. In June I was billed $90.00 it was removed from my account when it should have been $30.00. I called to found out they never cancelled the old line and was charging me for 2 lines instead of one and they had removed the ACP account. I call customer service and was told there wouldn't be a bill for 2 months, but that was wrong. I got another bill. I called again and was told to contact my bank, I did. The bank put the money back. Now my phone has been turned off and they are saying I owe $70.00. If they don't get this right I will contact my Attorney General. The customer service is terrible.
This service sucks. Trying to get someone on the phone is like pulling a horses teeth. Had the option to have them call me back only for them to call me back & put me back on hold... Been holding now for 10 mins & they called me back when there was supposed to be someone helping. The service sucks. It drops calls & then try to call back & phone tells you no cellular service. I'm in open area & have never had the issue until these last 3 days. I have to turn the phone off & back on for it to last a little bit before it does it again. This is the worst company ever. Still holding... smh. I should have just stayed on hold for the 11 mins instead of them calling me back to be on hold even longer. What's the point? I'm now on hold even longer. Why would you call me back if you have no agent to help me? Instead I have to listen to all this garbage on hold. They don't shut up. No one wants to keep hearing the same stuff for 20 mins on hold. The music is enough. Don't recommend ever!
I've been with cricket for 3 year. Never complained until yesterday. They shut my phone off saying it was no longer compatible. I've been using that same phone for 6+ months. When i called customer service to find out what was going on, they told me they did away with 3g compatible phones! Well thanks for the headsup! When i asked what i was suppose to do, he hung up on me! I will be switching carriers after this. I won't be forced to buy a phone from a company. That was complete b. S. what they did. They refused to answer ANY questions.
Answer: That's what they do best. Lie. When I first joined I was trying to get the New Customer deal. But they did not Honor it.
Answer: The bbb is definitely no help. Lawyers are out for themselves. Post the truth on every review platform you can. They work. Im a professional reviewer for a major home improvement warehouse and they do get results. Cricket is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Expose them
