Credit karma Is the worst company I have ever had to deal with they closed my checking account without my knowledge and they told me I had to wait on a check to be mailed to me which would take 7-10 day when it took them less than 24 hours to close my account and take my money I have nothing to take care of my kids and they did nothing to resolve the issue 2 supervisors hung up in my face and a CSR hung up in my face also I will be contacting my lawyer about this manner because no one could help resolve this issue of this company doing fraud on my account by closing it without my knowledge

I was looking for alternative recovery guys to help me recover my stolen bitcoin other than blaming myself and feeling sad for being an investment scam victim. Basically looked crazy when my card kept getting declined with $100s of dollars on it, never got any notifications on the app, emails, calls, nothing. So i call them upon finally getting through they say my account is under review which they can not explain to me what that even means nor why and tell me that the customer service number agents you speak to dont have access to the info and have to escalate your account to another dept that handles that except they have no phone number or way to contact them you have to wait on some elusive email their allegedly going to send maybe or maybe not aside from the one i got that said there were still np changes or new info to give me after days of waiting for access to my own money so now I'm supposed to just sit quiet and wait for someone, anyone to tell me what has happened with my account, why it's happened and even more importantly wait for an indefinite amount of time to be able to access my own money. So while rent and lights are do and my kids are hungry and the car needs gas I'll just yell everyone i understand your frustration and will make sure they resolve this for you right away the same and only thing the ccustomer service agents can tell you. Smfh. Don't allow this company to touch your hard earned money, you'll be left starving in the dark with no where to live!

I signed up for the spend account a few years ago when I signed up for my credit monitoring account. The credit monitoring service is Alright. They use your vantage score not your FICO score so it's not very accurate but you can get a ballpark figure and dispute things in the app. They only show 2 of the 3 scores which sucks but it's free so what can you do. I had my tax refund deposited into the account for the past two years and it's a nightmare! Their spend accounts are trash. I was on the phone with them every other transaction last year to unlock my card since they kept flagging for fraud almost every time I used my card. I couldn't link my bank account so my refund was stuck in there. This year I got a different account and transferred it all out of it so I can actually use the money. A year later though still can't link my Chime account to it. I don't have time to be on the phone every time I want to make a purchase. It's not Visa either it's credit Karma. My chime card is also Visa and they have never shut my card off on me. Credit Karma spend had me stuck in a restaurant unable to pay the bill while I fought on the phone with them for 45 minutes to unlock my card last year. Would be perfect if you don't like having control of your money but for the rest of us it's a nightmare. You have to call them and spend 45 minutes on the phone to make a purchase. I don't like having to ask permission to spend my money and jump through hoops proving I'm myself several times a day just to use my card. After everything is successfully out I'm cutting up the card and closing the account.

A friend recommended this site. At first I was skeptical. I signed up and had to admit that my friend was right. The site has allowed me to view my TransUnion and Equifax credit reports at no cost! Registration was easy and I was able to view my accounts and my credit score. The only negative is that the information listed is not as detailed as an actual credit report and Experian Credit Reporting is not listed on the site. Also, the site had links for consumers to view loan offers and the site seems to make money if a consumer is approved for one of the loan products. Seems like this could be a conflict of interest but the site does list a disclaimer that they receive money from loan companies listed in the links on the site. All in all I have found that the site is a good option to view a FREE copy of my TransUnion and Equifax credit reports. Also, I listed a link where consumers can receive a free copy of their credit report as authorized by federal law: www.annualcreditreport.com. Hope that helps everyone!

I used another online tax service for 10+ years and have always filed electronically.
This year, I saw the TV advertisements and decided to try CreditKarma Tax because it was free.
The site does have all the similar features of my other tax service and was easy to fill out. However, when attempting to file electronically, my federal return was immediately (it took less than an hour) rejected. I attempted to contact CreditKarma's support, but they were less than useless. My only option was to paper file my return. A month later, I was surprised that I did not hear from my state filing. I had to go online to find that my state return was not filed electronically either. No notice what-so-ever from CreditKarma. So I printed out my state return to mail it. In looking at the print out, I noticed that the standardized form was incorrect! And they had completely omitted the signature lines. I had to go to my state's site to get the correct form and mail in my return.

CreditKarma Tax may be free, but their support is worthless. And if they can't get the correct state forms, I wonder what other programmable items may be amiss. I will be going through my old online tax service to make sure my figures come out the same. I will also go back to my old online service next year.
