Okay, I like CK, but honestly I prefer Credit Sesame. They offer the same services, but additionally free identity theft insurance. I haven't found anyone else that offers this service for free. I also like the Credit Sesame user interface better, but that's just a personal preference.

Credit Service
July 21, 2021

Most people don't know what it takes to increase their credit score, they think paying their bills on time and not using their credit cards will actually increase their score. That is very important but it's about 30%, nothing compares truly on how credit works. I had a very poor credit until i saw some good reviews about Cyber Don, I filed my reports to him and he helped me improve my credit score from low 497 to 771 in 8 days and expunged all the negative items on my credit. If you also need your credit fixed, file your report to (CyberDon at Techie dot Com)

As mentioned by others here, CK promises you will be approved for a credit card with "outstanding" odds, and if you are declined for it, CK will send you a $50 gift card. They actually won't send you anything and it is outright fraud.
After I was declined for the credit card last month that they promised I would be accepted for, I contacted them to let them know of the decline so they can send me the $50 gift card promised. Instead, they said you have to wait for an e mail from them and then click a link to get the card.
That e mail never came from them and I never got that promised $50 gift card. Instead, what I did get was a hard inquiry on my credit report and my score dropping over 30 points for applying.
Please heed the advice here from myself and others and if you see this promotion from CK of a $50 gift card for applying for a credit card with "outstanding" odds, do not do it because they are not going to send you that gift card. I don't know how this is allowed to happen because it it blatant fraud and they should be stopped from doing it to people.

This is probably one of the best inventions. I log in monthly to check my report. It even helped me catch an account listed on my credit report that wasn't mine. I was promptly able to get it removed before it impacted me negatively.

I have used the website and have recently downloaded the app, I have found it to be quite useful. I am able to compare the big 2, TransUnion, and Equifax side By side. I discovered an error on my credit report from both agencies and started to file a dispute with both companies. Credit karma was very helpful with this challenge. TransUnion has resolved my dispute and corrected it, while Equifax did not allow me to go thru Credit karma to file the dispute, making me do it from their website instead. See my previous review of eq. I am STILL waiting for them to correct it. I find that the app is very useful for monitoring my credit score

I watch my cards and pay them off before the first bill. But half a month before the bills due date you will see the score drop. Because you used a card. They do it so that way they lowered your score before you paid off the bill. Oh and when you do pay it, be lucky if they raise it again but it won't be as much as they took from you. Totally illegal..

Credit repair
November 18, 2021

It was amazing working with Boost credit. He made the credit repair such as pulling my credit and also leading up to completion such a stress-free one. He would reply within the minute and was always available to assist with any questions or plight despite the numerous other clients he had to attend to. I was at 503 across all 3 bureaus plus 1 bankruptcy on Equifax, Experian 12 or more inquiries on all 3 bureaus, several late payments and 5 repossession on Equifax. He erased them all clean and raised my score to 789 on all 3 bureaus. You will be glad you contacted him via; Boostmycredit AT fastservice DOT Com. He made the first experience, fixing my credit a satisfactory one.

I opened a Money Spend account and my they froze my account a little over a month after I opened it supposedly due to suspicious activity. When I called to get my account unfrozen, they kept giving the same response: "it's been escalated to a higher team but they only do things by email." It's been over 10 days, no email. I know customer service is reading a script because it's the same words every time I call. I've checked my Spam mail, no email from them. I explained to them, that I was moving 1 June and needed access to my money to pay the deposit and first month. I ended up having to borrow the money, over 5000 dollars to pay which I shouldn't have had to in the first place. I'm not keeping my account with them if they haven't closed it already. My wife had the same issue with them. There is no sense of urgency to fix the issue. Very very disappointing and frustrating.

Credit Fix
August 31, 2021

I had a lot of inquiries on my credit, a few collections and an eviction. I needed to buy a house in about 1-2 months so I could leave my ex husband's home. I needed to get my credit cleared ASAP and New Horizons came highly recommended in a post I read on here so I contacted them ( new Horizons 001 at AOL dot com). Within 2 weeks, they removed eviction, cleared up all inquiries, collections and raised my score from 569 to 791. I got a house after 1 week and left my ex husband's home.

This site is truly all it is cracked up to be. I monitor my credit with this completely FREE service. The information is accurate and it actually allowed me to find a discrepancy and contact the appropriate credit bureau.

I have had my credit karma account locked since receiving my IRS refund check. I have emailed and called credit karma multiple times and I get no help. They say that the group that can help me is only available by email (how stupid is that) I have provided proof to them multiple times that this is my account and my payment. No help what so ever. Do not bank with credit karma

I check Credit Karma every week to see how my credit score is changing. I especially appreciate how they offer free identity protection, since that it is becoming a bigger and bigger issue. The site is very informative and easy to use. Hard to believe that it is free!

Scam company
June 3, 2022

I paid off three cards two weeks ago. Today I get an email saying there is a change in my TransUnion account. I used one card for a 61.00 purchase. My score dropped ten points. I did the purchase yesterday and it was reported today. But yet the three I paid off two weeks ago have not showed a zero balance. It's all bullcrap.

Fix My Credit
February 19, 2022

On a clear score, my credit was less than 463, and I was slightly skeptical but decided to give this an opportunity. Cyberdon@ techie. Com has done more than fix my credit. He has helped me better my knowledge of credit opportunities. I will refer him to any of my friends or family with any bit of credit discrepancies. I am now ready to continue improving my score and not worry about getting approved for the things I want and need in life!

Creditkarma sucks
September 9, 2023

You can't replace a linked account to a credit karma account, even if it is closed. Their support doesn't help. Had to close my account to get them to send me my money. Terrible company to bank with!

They put a cap on how much of your tax return can be deposited on to the cards given to customers. The cap is 1500. 00 per year. Yes per year. So if your tax return is more than 1500. 00 then they keep the rest. It happened to me

Credit karma
February 15, 2020

I transferred $4,000 from discover to my bank credit card. And somehow the idiots that don't know how to add and subtract added $3,000 to my debt. This is the second time this happened. Why don't you hire people that know how to do second grade math?
