Just made my second purchase at Creation Watches after a fantastic shopping experience the first time, and they certainly didn't disappoint!
Delivery: I placed an order for the watch at 4pm Monday and it was at my door at 11am Thursday. Considering it's almost an 8 hour flight from Singapore to Tokyo, this is very impressive for free shipping. I've never had any other overseas seller ship their item so fast without charging extra for it.
Packing: The watch came in the genuine manufacturer box, which was securely packed in a cardboard box with additional styrofoam filling for protection. International warranty card was included with the purchase date and the seller name stamp on it. The watch itself was in perfect condition. My experience here is consistent with my first purchase.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Creation Watches, I'll shop again!

The Orient Airdiver Watch (which looks amazing) works well, lose 4 to 5 seconds per day, I Thinks thats good for an automatic Watch.
The only (minor) drawback is that DHL might charge you for customs fee, not much but anyhow.
I ordered a Citizen Calandrier for my husband's Christmas present, at an amazing price. It came in the original box in perfect condition and arrived 3 days early. I was expecting to receive an email from DHL asking for import duties, which I had budgeted for, but this didn't happen, so all good. I would definitely use this company again.

Specially as European is your website for me interesting (collecting Seiko watches) as I can order Seiko Models which are not to get in European stores. This is now the third watch I've purchased from CreationWatches.com and I couldn't have been more pleased with each purchase. First, their prices can't be beat by any other site that I've been able to find, and their selection is huge. Their customer service is excellent, keeping the buyer informed every step of the way until the watch arrives, and the item is exactly as depicted on their site. And they pack the watch very well for international 'travel.'Last, their standard 3-day FedEx service is a real plus. One suggestion which would be a nice touch... set the watch to the correct time for its destination before it ships!
I know I'll be purchasing more watches from Creation in the future!
As a returning customer i'm shocked with this bad service.
I had a wrist band that leaves marks. Creationwatches just tell to go to your local service point but seiko told me they are not a dealer and the warranty doesnt count.
The official Service Center needs to honor the warranty since the
Warranty is by Seiko.
I was looking for an old school g shock with the big electro-lumo button on the front. My online search took me to the Creation website, whilst navigating my way around I spotted the Seiko Kinetic Diver. It is quite a rare watch in the U. K. and retails for around £300.
With the creation watches price being so good I got both watches under budget. I am now putting the spare cash towards the Seiko Kinetic on rubber strap with black dial. Although I also like the Seiko "tuna can" so might get both for my collection!
Watches came via DHL, promptly and efficiently. The watches were well protected and surrounded by styrofoam pellets.
Great job guys, can't wait for my next purchase.

Second purchase after few years goes in same way like first one, perfect. 3 days delivery around half of the globe, perfect description of the product, quick response are just few things which I want to reward here. Very good sait with trusted products, I will coming here again for sure!
I never received the product, the tracking number says it was delivered but doesn't say if it's my home or not so I think it's a scam,
The site refuses to help me and sends me back to the post office, which it sends me back to them, very easy for them to deceive the buyer and you won't be able to do anything about it!
The site clears customs by giving a tracking number which is false, there is no proof of delivery. They do this on purpose to reply once every 2 months by email to save time.
UPDATE: 9 months later they say they did an investigation but never got back to me, no refund, no proof of receipt because i never signed anything this is a scam, the other comments are bogus
