Ordered a watch end March and paid via Paypal. Today, May 7th still no watch. Communication with Creationwatches is poor and getting straight answers is even more troublesome. Sure, covid19 delays worldwide shipments however the parcel got lost after being dispatched from Singapore on April 4th, as there aren't any tracking updates after that date. The local postal confirmed they didn't receive the parcel yet CreationWatches expects customers to keep on waiting. For what.
Customer Service, satisfaction... customer first isn't their priority. When all goes well you're good to go, when you need them to sort things out... well, you're left on your own. Keep that in mind when you buy from CreationWatches.com

I have used Creation Watches based out of Singapore for two purchases so far: a Seiko 5 and an Orient Mako. Customer service has always been swift and cordial and shipping to me here in Seoul has been lightning fast -- about two or three days covered by Creation.
They have an excellent selection of high quality watches at better than reasonable prices. Their line of Seikos is especially impressive. I would recommend anyone who is interested in middle to top end watches of this nature to visit Creation. My two purchases are exactly what I expected, if not better.
I have dealt with other Singpore and Hong Kong dealers of the same nature and no one can compete with the professionalism and efficiency of CreationWatches. I will definitely continue to go back to them for all of my watch purchases in the long term.
I have been buying Japanese watches from Creation Watches for a couple of years now. They have always the best prices I can find on internet & only 100% genuine watches. It is always free DHL delivery and normally takes 2 to 5 days from Singapore to London, UK. Overall I am extremely happy with Creation Watches and will buy from them again for sure!
My first experience with Creation and everything went smoothly. I admit I was a little hesitant at first about ordering but now I'm glad I did. They have an awesome selection of watches at unbeatable prices. Some models that either you can't find in the U.S. or are already sold out at other retailere. I got me a Citizen NJ0090-81E automatic with sapphire crystal. BEAUTIFUL. That's all I have to say. Came brand new, pristine (not a scratch or fingerprint on it), I was also able to verify that it was authentic.
Ordered on a Friday, shipped on a Monday, received on that Thursday morning. Less than a week turnaround. Well-packaged and super secure. Came in the Citizen box (which I paid a little more for), and the whole watch was lined in plastic for protection. Just AMAZING. This is my first Creation purchase and it won't be my last.

Just bought a Seiko SKX007J from creationwatches, I did some digging around online before hand to satisfy myself that the offer wasn't too good to be true and after reading good reviews I bought the watch. The watch arrived within a couple of days and is exactly as described, an authentic brand new Japanese made Seiko, came in a Seiko box with instructions, was well packaged. I was impressed with the constant updates from creationwatches regarding my order and for that matter from DHL for the same reasons. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this company or recommend it to friends. If you're worried that they are selling plausible fakes... don't be, I've owned the same watch previously and it is genuine. I'm naturally very happy with it.
The product is absolutely conform to my wish. More over the reception was in 48 h "bravo". My Citizen was in its original box with using manual of 2 cm high and the international garanty.
It has been very difficult to me for finding a default: after same thinking and for joke: the watch was not at the French time!

I regret dealing with CreationWatches.com, I purchsed an Invicta watch, order indicated 10-14 days delivery via DHL Express to Canada, time past and I contacted CreationWatches.com and they updated the order 3 weeks later saying it as sipped via SingPost and will deliver 3-4 weeks, I am now close to week 5 and not yer received.
This company is purposely misleading customers with the information provided prior of ordering.
Their customer service is extremely poor as it seems like an automated machine answering the requests, you will never get an straight and clear answer.

The Countries where we offer Free DHL Shipping, the order total needs to be greater than US $75. If the total is less than US$ 75, we will send the watch by SingPost. I had several purchases with them via Amazon. The shipping and packaging corresponds with the said in the order, and yet I had no concerns for quality or damaged good. Casio PRG-270 right now and serving me for 3 years already.
Site says 10 to 15 days by singpost noe creation replied "roughly 3 to 4 weeks" rubbish service. Ask any question reply will be the same "roughly 3 to 4 weeks, i asked about 10 to 15 days delivery they are promising by their site n y after 8 tracking number says that ithem is not physically received. Creations answer is same" roughly 3 to 4 weeks... "
