My order from Creation Watches came from halfway across the world in less than three days. The watch I received came in its official packaging and with all necessary paperwork, and was the exact item I had ordered. And it was a bargain no less! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Bought a watch (Hamilton H******* Khaki Field) in December 2013 from CreationWatches through Amazon. The watch started losing time (2-3 minutes a day) shortly after receiving it. Sent it back to CreationWatches for repair in January 2013 and I am still waiting for the watch. Don't buy from CreationWatches. If your watch breaks while under their warranty, they will not repair or replace it.
Bought a Sieko which didnot work. They told me to take it to a watchmaker but would not pay for the full repair. They are not authorised Seiko retailers so the manufacturers warranty that they stamp is
Worthless. This type of behaviour would mot be allowed in the UK. Aftersales care is NIL. I would never, ever use them again, no matter what the deal is!

Invoice No. ******* dated 20th Nov 2019. I was excited and expecting seamless delivery by Creation Watches. Invoice value was INR *******. Instead they mentioned invoice value as US Dollar 7606 in the invoice that accompanied the consignment. This is 35 times more than invoice value. The import duty when levied will be more that the actual invoice value. DHL the courier Agent is not helping either other that asking for different different documents. I feel completely hapless. There is some hope if Creation Watches takes back and resends with correct invoice
I was impressed with Creationwatches. I ordered an Orient bambino and recieved it 4 days later in perfect condition and with all documents. The order placement and shipment went very smooth. I will definetly order again in the future, the prices are amazing as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I bought a Seiko Orange Monster from Creation Watches and I'm really happy with this watch. Great watch, incredible lume and legibility and a very well finished bracelet. Can't be more happy with this.
