Everything went fine, watches arrived in one week (I am from eastern europe), but I'didnt check aditional DHL charges, so all and all with taxes and those charges it was more expensive than in my country. So I will do my calculations better next time :)
I recently purchased a Seiko SNZF17K1 "Sea Urchin" divers watch from Creation Watches after a colleague recommended their website as a reliable source of good watches.
The prices are incredible and I paid around half of the UK high street retail price for my watch.
The watch arrived as promised within four days via DHL and I was able to track the parcel all the way.
The watch was well packaged and came in a simple Seiko case with a stamped warranty card and instruction book (I did not select the separate option to purchase a presentation case).
I love the watch and the delivery service was excellent. I have already ordered a second watch from Creation Watches and look forward to dealing with them again.

The watch that I ordered was a replacement of a watch that I got few years back when I got my first job after graduation. Unfortunately I lost the first one I got as a present and I have been looking everywhere to find a replacement. I was surprised about the price as I paid 30% less than the price of the original one so I wasn't sure if it was original but I thought I'd try. I purchased a Seiko SKA369P1 Kinetic Divers watch on Thursday afternoon priced nearly £100 less than Amazon. I tracked it over the weekend as it made its way from Singapore & the FedEx man arrived at my door on Monday morning.

I found a reasonable price online but i was not so sure if I was doing the right thing as I thought a proper online shop never provide free DHL worldwide delivery. But after i placed the order I found it very reassuring as i could track my order and everything. Three days after I received my parcel exactly as I thought.

I ordered the watch in Singapore and received it 4 days later in Belgium! And for free travelling! A very good point for me! The watch was exactly like the description, beautifully placed in its original case with the documentations and guaranties. 10/10! Everything is great! I hardly recommend creationwatches.com!
I advise everyone thinking of buying a new watch to steer well clear of Creation Watches. Don't be enticed by the low prices. Pay the market price from a reputable dealer and get a better deal.
I bought a SNE439P (solar divers watch) which was obviously faulty from the start. The company does not reply to my emails. They know there is nothing I can realistically do from the UK. In my opinion they offer totally merchandise and have absolutely no after sales customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM CREATION WATCHES. You have been warned.

Fine selection of watches, at reasonable prices. The online purchasing experience was good and it was dispatched promptly. I paid for the order on 23rd Nov and had the watch in hand by the 27th, to India. Of course, one has to factor in the customs duty to be paid- one has to trust what DHL says they have paid to customs to clear the item. It seems higher than what I have calculated. It may be because the category has been mentioned as 'precision tool'. Even so, it was cheaper than what it is priced locally in India, from the dealership.
My only gripe is that my phone number could have been mentioned in the airway bill, which would have helped the courier to locate me.

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option.
