The order was a pleasure! Shipping was super fast and delivery - in spite of german customs - easy and troublefree. The watches are unbelievable. When I have a closer look at my new BFK - I think I'm going to throw IWC, AP and Rx to the garbage. It's awesome, what the Japs can offer for the money.

Not the first time I have used Creation Watches for a very competitively priced item and will not be the last time, fast efficient service, great communications throughout and simply a great way to make purchases.
I received the watch at the expected date. Shipping was ok. The experience was very good. We exchanged a lot of emails about changing the shipping. I was a little dissapointed that the watch did not have a box!

This was my first purchase from Creation Watches and I was very impressed with how it all went. The Watch was well packed and arrived very quickly taking less than 4 days from when I placed the order. The DHL Express service is excellent with very clear tracking information. The Watch itself is superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending Creation Watches.

But 4 days later it hasn't even shipped.
They sent shipping info to DHL. Not a good start. DHL is just plain awful and is supposed to be the "free shipping" option.
Contacting Creation Watches is a royal PITA. There's no US phone number and

If this watch ever arrives, they will need to refund me the FedEx fee.
Every time I check on the order I need to fill out a "Captcha,"
Even when logged in and accept their browser cookies.
This is designed to frustrate customers so that they get tired of tracking late
Or forgotten orders.
If you buy a watch from the Creation Watches own website (not eBay or Amazon 3rd party)
Service will be markedly worse. At least I used PayPal with a good credit card
With charge-back possibilities.
I'm not worried, but I don't appreciate deception.
Imagine arranging for a return to Singapore for a defective or damaged watch!

I have bought a nice SEIKO SNK809. The watch is brand new and has come with its card all the papers. The final price considering the custom fees was the same as the average price you can find on the web.

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this.
In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered Post' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option.

I just received my Seiko Land Shark from Creation Watches, and it's in excellent quality and condition. I'm quite happy with it. It's my first Stainless Steel watch as I'm used to wearing Titanium, so the weight of the Stainless Steel took a about an hour of getting used to.
It took only 6 days from order to box opening. Shipping only took 3 days to Canada, but it did take Creation Watches 3 days to process my order; I suspect they were quite busy, so if the watch was shipped the same day as my order than it would have taken 3 days total.
