I originally bought a Vostok watch, from a tv shopping channel, but having heard the presenter raving about the Seiko movement, I searched online for Seiko perpetual calendar, and so found the watch I bought from creationwatches. It was £400 cheaper than the Vostok with the same functionality. I sent the Vostok back as it is not worth £400 for a nicer dial. I received my Seiko from creationwatches very quickly, and had no extra import duties or tax to pay. The watch is excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended:-)

I, like many, have not received a single thing from this company. They are happy to take your money but you have no chance if it goes wrong. No refund, no communication and the same stock answers... Look at the response's to similar reviews - "We always try to give best service to our customers. We regret inconvenience caused this time. We have started process with SingPost, please give some time once complete process will refund you soon."
This is a lie - I have had this response for months.

The watch I bought may not have been a lot of money for some but it was for me. It was a birthday gift that didn't come in time, then it was a
Christmas gift that didn't come in time. It's now February, maybe I'll get it in time for next Christmas? Maybe not...

I bought my beautiful Orient Blue Ray from creationwatches and are very happy with it. Prices are the best I've found and it was delivered from Singapore to Norway in just a week. This is the third time i have purchased from Creation... from the time I ordered the watch until the time it was delivered the watch averaged 81 miles an hour... 5825 miles in 72 hours... Brilliant service as usual.
My experience with this shop was very good. The order was very fast, the watch was well packed, and a great price. Also, shipping to Portugal from a non-EU country usually is a problem with customs, but that was not the case with the order from your store. I would recommend to anyone from Portugal to buy watches from your store.

I bought my watch (seiko SRP307K1) from creationwatches for the first time. Watch was very nice and the accuracy as far is above expectations (-1 /week) when wearing all day. The shipping was quick and i tracked the package in greekpost website easy. Communication with them by email was with no problem

I ordered my Seiko SKX007 on Monday and it arrived by courier on Friday... considering I live in the UK this was amazing. The watch is exactly as described and the communication was excellent with regular updates as well as being able to track the delivery. Superb service, so good that I ordered a new Orient watch for my wife.
Despite placing the order on a Friday afternoon, I received an email within the hour to tell me the order had been dispatched and received the watch at Monday lunchtime on the other side of the world.
I used Creation Watches at the recommendation of others and was impressed that the watch was around 50% less expensive than other, more local sellers.
Given the prompt and polite service I have received, i will be making another purchase shortly and would happily recommend Creation Watches to others.
I received my seiko watch after only five days. I bought it in Singapore and I live in Genoa Italy so the road was long. Apparently everything is right in my watch so I can say that I'm satisfied. Creationwatches is a good webshop.
