This Seiko is a must have everyday classic and i could not believe the price... unbelievable value here... so plunged in and bought. The service was first class. John Lewis type service. Kept informed all the way by e mail. Watch arrived promptly and on time as promised. Packaging was disapointing but fine, but not Seiko box, but watch 100%genuine and downloaded manual. The watch is stunning, heavy well made and very accurate. Perfect everyday quality. Will defo use again.

I ordered a Seiko diver's watch late on Sunday night and tracked it half way round the world through DHL until it arrived with me in the UK on Wednesday lunchtime. Totally original, all paperwork included, no hold-ups en-route and at a very good price.

I ordered a Seiko SNK809K1 and also paid extra to have the Seiko box. I received just the empty Seiko box, no watch. Of course I complained but they haven't bothered replying because they don't have a customer services department. Most of their sales go through ok and the ones that don't they can afford to ignore. Just pray your transaction goes through smoothly because if not you are on your own

I am very glad to say that I am very happy with my purchase (Tissot T-Classic Automatic III T065. 430. 16. 031. 00). The item was very well packaged and was in its original box along with the other booklets. The watch is new and authentic too with its clear adhesive plastic protection pads.
Delivery was fast given that it was delivered from overseas to Australia. Bought the item on Monday and received it on Thursday.
Price is very competitive too. Maybe the website could be a little bit better looking but that is just my personal opinion.

I ordered a $275 watch but it didn't arrive. However, after many emails to convince them that I didn't receive it, they denied that it didn't arrive so I opened a dispute to paypal, however, they managed to close the case to their favor. Now I lost the $275 and didn't receive the watch.
I contacted them afterwards the answer was very negative. In general, they are not honest and bad customer service.
As per our record you have received the watch. We always try to make happy customers but really sorry for inconvenience caused, will take care in future purchase and deliver within time period.

Great watch at great price I thought. BUT at checkout which said free P&P the small print said import tax may be charged, and no indication of how much this would be. DHL delivered and charged £25.00 before they would hand over the goods. 33% increase. This was not at all clear. If import tax is due the amount should be printed so the customer knows the exact cost! The tax bought the price of the watch to the same price as most of the other websites. Not the bargain I thought I had! I feel a little cheated!

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered shipping' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option.

Our watch shipment policy is currently in line with ground realities. What we mean by that is; the customs of various countries, tend to levy import duties on watch in a box because they assume it is a new expensive watch. If on the other hand, we dispatch watch and box separately, we notice that they usually do not levy any import duty on either consignment. This works out to your benefit.
