While browsing the internet, a military-style Seiko 5 watch caught my eye, a model SNZG07K1. Creation Watches had the best customer reviews at the lowest price point, so I ordered it from them on a Thursday. DHL delivery service provided precise and updated internet tracking information during the watch's entire journey, from Creation Watches to my doorstep. The journey was half way around the planet, to Texas, USA, and was free of charge. That Creation Watches uses DHL and charges nothing for that shipping service is another huge plus, as DHL is clearly superior to any other delivery service. On the following Monday, only four days later, I was handed the watch by the DHL courier on my doorstep. The watch came in perfect new condition in a nice Seiko box that was inside a heavier-duty protective shipping box, and was protected with carefully packed styrofoam peanuts.The paperwork included a Seiko guarantee card and Seiko operating manual. The entire process, in its efficiency, speed of delivery, lowest price-point, and quality of product, was stress free and amazing. In all ways Creation Watches can't be beat, and so, when another watch catches my eye, I will make my purchase again from Creation Watches.

I didn't mention the unbelievable prices in the titles, as you don't need me to find out they're really outstanding. Do be aware that I bought one of those watches with a 50% discount applied to list price, and I did get an original and everything...
In addition to that, as it's been said by other reviewers, delivery was very quick. Ordered the watch on Friday 7th at night (while Asia was sleeping), they processed my order first thing the next day, and I got in on Monday 10th. They picked DHL for their default transporter; having worked in imports myself, when I was living in the USA, I've always found them to be the most efficient transporter around. And I wasn't disappointed this time either, as I got the watch delivered to me in France (not in a major city either, in the countryside in fact), in three days two of which were non workable days. I do storngly recommend them. Only too bad they don't carry more women's watches, because I was so satisfied, I wanted to order one for my wife who's in need of one.

Recently purchased a new Seiko SKX007J from Creation Watches. Very smooth transaction. The DHL shipment came when they said they would with up to date status reports. Watches was in original packaging and was perfect.

My order from Creation Watches came from halfway across the world in less than three days. The watch I received came in its official packaging and with all necessary paperwork, and was the exact item I had ordered. And it was a bargain no less! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
I ordered a $275 watch but it didn't arrive. However, after many emails to convince them that I didn't receive it, they denied that it didn't arrive so I opened a dispute to paypal, however, they managed to close the case to their favor. Now I lost the $275 and didn't receive the watch.
I contacted them afterwards the answer was very negative. In general, they are not honest and bad customer service.
