SO DISAPPOINTED! This was my first time. And last time. Purchasing from this website. I ordered 2 watches and one arrived damaged and not in working order. I contacted customer service asap and their response was to bring it to a watch repair person and pay to have it fixed or pay for shipping to return it. I could not believe this was their response! I allowed them numerous opportunities to provide more appropriate customer service but they refused. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from them again and warn others as well. Total waste of my money!

I don't understand how they do it. From the time the watch was shipped, which was almost immediately after I placed the order, it took just TWO days (Wednesday to Friday) for it to show up at my residence in Chicago! And the watch was exactly as described. Also, communication from the company regarding shipment, etc, was excellent.

The first time I purchased a watch I was a little apprehensive buying on line as I have heard of sites that sell good quality fake watches. Their watches are genuine and well priced. I couldn't believe the delivery time which is outstanding, usually only about 3 days from placing order and international shipping by courier is included in the price of the watch. I received my watch yesterday am and I have to say I'm pleased!
I did quite some online shopping in the last weeks and this order was the swiftest of all! It was nice being able to follow the delivery as from the order, so this time I didn't miss out on the mailman's arrival. The price is really good for this nice watch that was packed impeccably.
