Overall their store is easy to purchase from, their prices are cheap, and their customer service is one of the best I've experienced. I highly recommend Creamiicandy to anyone.

Great squishys offered at cheap prices. Loved how orders over $50 in Australia get free shipping! Shipping was very fast and came in just 2 business days. The one thing that slightly bothered me was that the package of the mochi seal came slightly damaged/bent, maybe it could've done with more bubble warp or padding. Overall a great experience and ordering again, thanks!

Creamiicandy is a really awesome website. You can recieve lots of extras and goodies for doing little things. They have amazing customer service. They are super nice and friendly. If you have any problems with their shop you can always email them and they will reply before you know it

Your site works really well and OMG the squishies are so cool. I even got my 10 year old brother and 2 year old brother into the,. Actually my mum to and not to mention all my friends.

If I could not give any star to this place I would because they don't deserve even 1 star. I ordered my product on September 2 and it is now October 13 and still no product. I contacted them and they told me to go check with my post office and that they are not responsible. I not only paid $80.00 worth of products, I also paid for shipping and all they could tell me was that they are not responsible. I have ordered stuff internationally before and it came within one week and this stuff never happens. Not only do you have to pay for shipping to them, they tell you to go to your post office to check on the order yourself which is an inconvenience and what is the point of paying shipping when you literally have to go pick it up and it not even there! I don't recommend this company and if you like squishes, order from silly squishy instead

I ordered my first squishes from here and I am beyond impressed with how fast the delivery came and how amazing the products were. Everything was so soft. I ordered the common starter pack and am going to buy another soon! I absolutely loved what I received and hope the next bag is equally as great!

I ordered nearly $200 worth of squishies from Creamiicandy for my daughter for Christmas because she has been asking for them for ages from this site. They cancelled part of my order, however the only notification I received was they sent me a partial refund of $20 with no explanation as to what the partial refund was for. When we got our package from them the squishies we did get were wonderful and my daughter loved them. What we were missing however were two bigger squishies that totaled up in price to over $30. I have tried contacting them with many emails since for over a month with no response whatsoever. We love the squishies and the month wait to get them wasn't a problem for us and if they had any customer service whatsoever we would probably spend thousands on their site but since they have essentially stolen from us and refuse to respond we will find another squishy site to shop at!

I received the wrong item, and sent them a very polite email kindly asking for an exchange. I even noted that I was fully willing to pay for shipping the item back, in return for the actual item I paid for even though it was 100% THEIR error. They replied back asking for me to take a photo of writing on the packaging. I sent the photo the same day. A week passed, no reply. I sent another email asking for an update, and still no reply. It's been over a month with no reply. All the sudden I get an email from a random third party site saying they sent something to me, but there's not even a tracking number? I emailed their customer service again with no reply still. I was extremely nice to them, but they couldn't be bothered to help at all. I will not be ordering again.
