Big range of squishy's and they are very cute, problem is that I have encountered bad customer service. A lot of the time they do not respond to emails, or messages on their website.
They also did not communicate with me whatsoever when the item I bought was out of stock, I only found out when I received my package with an item missing and the only way I found out what happened to the item was when I checked my Paypal for a refund on said item and the reason for refund labeled as item out of stock.
They said that they sent an email asking me if I wanted something else instead, and that the email must of gone to my junk folder. I checked everything in my email, I had not received an email at all. This has happened twice to me, which was really frustrating, because I thought maybe it was just a one off thing...
A while ago I ordered/received a package (I'm from Western Australia) and was sad to see when I opened it up that the squishies weren't wrapped very properly. Most of them were defected and had air bubbles. I was not very happy overall, I had really high expectations but they were not reached. Quite disappointing.

Hello Guys I'm going to talk about the shop of Kawaiiness in Australia Online. I've shop here quiet a few times now, say if you guys buy something they will always give you fantastic extras. Creamiicandy is a reasonable priced shop not too cheap not to expensive, their shipping is really cheap for Australia too. Creamiicandy is recommended more instead of other Kawaii shop in Australia. You can always ask plightly for quick shipping too, if you be mature you can maybe ask for Colours/Faces/Designs you want instead of random. They can send you proof too, they usually track down most of the orders to see if it's delivered or not. Guess what they are friendly not mean, tried asking for shipping for other stores and they never answered later on after 5 months they never did answer at all
They have a good selection of squishies. Prices are about average I'd say. If you're not in Australia the shipping time is long, but that would be true of most places (note: I'm int the United States). I got the Puni Maru Jumbo White Pineberry with a pink dip which I liked a lot and am happy I bought. I also ordered two JDream shell squeeze toys. I requested the pink and the purple but they ended up sending me the red and the purple.
Received a defected item, it has a hole where the insides are coming out (it's a squeeze toy) thus making the toy unusable. I did contact the shop about this issue, but they never bothered to reply.

Have ordered several times already and have received each and every single one of my squishies. All of which are as exactly as I have chosen! Pretty fast shipping especially since I am in the United States! Love this company! Never disappointed!
The package took 5 days for shipping, but considering I'm within Australia it is normal. If you are international, you have to pay over $80 for free shipping, but Australia pays $50. It also takes much longer for international orders to arrive, it takes around 2-4 weeks or even longer. My package came without any damages and also came with two extras. The extras was a charm and a mini bun squishy. The only downside was that, they said that if I ordered over $50 I would get free shipping. (Not sure for international orders) unfortunately, I didn't receive a tracking number so I was impatiently waiting without knowing where my package is at. Overall, Creamiicandy is a great company that you should order at.
Never got my package since 9/2016... repeatedly ask for researching lost package or replace or refund my money! Never can thru and we are now into 4/2017... I hope this company gets shut down! I hate dishonest companies especially letting down an 11 year old using her own money and STOLE FROM HER!
I ordered over $100 of items from this site for my daughter. I checked my account and there is absolutely no order history. I sent 3 emails and all they told me was they shipped my order and they would send me tracking information in a few days. It has been over a week and no response. I only received an email 5 minutes after my order stating what items I ordered with no tracking information. Completely unprofessional, but they certainly had no issues taking my money. If I could give zero stars I would. We normally order from Kawaii land. I will never order from these people again.
Tracking shows this order has been received. Also our website states clearly tracking can take a week to update because we ship orders to our shipping hub first to ensure faster shipment. It was simply impossible for us to give tracking when you asked less than a week after you made your order for tracking information.
My long awaited CreamiiCandy package! I got all the squishies I have been wanting for a while! The box was flattened for the sexy peach which I prefer for shipping. I got a free unicorn bun as a gift! A+ Everything was perfect and smelled great. I normally never ship from over seas, however I am glad I did it this time. She applied insurance to my order with no hassle AND was able to get me the boy piggy which was considered out of stock at the time of purchase. All the squishies came in great condition! All squishy i ordered has arrived safely and has no defects. Overall are satisfactory, best store, best seller & fast shipping. They hv excellent customer service among all squishy shop that i ever purchased with. They also emailed me pn new products. I definitely will buy again from them in the future.
The products themselves are a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is worth it. The packaging comes in an envelope rather than a box even when a jumbo mochi seal is part of the order. Its packaging is made of thin plastic and is therefore easily crushed, especially when it's coming all the way to Asia. However, since the delivery is so cheap, I'm not really complaining. The order takes a few days to process. The delivery itself was delayed but really, that's not creamiicandy's fault. Very good service overall, but I'm most impressed about their international delivery prices.
