This shop is adorable and it also sells cute things other than squishies that can range from stationaries, plushies, toys, jewelry, popin cookin and others i forget to mention. My first squishy package from them arrived safely and i loved everything. There might be some dissapointment in packages like a little defect or things that ran out of stocks and many other problems but we all have to understand that nothing is perfect and even other really good and well maintained shop have their own problems. I love the squishies from this shop and the way they accept cash payment for people who live in Australia because some people may not have a paypal account or other types of payment which is really useful. Shipping to the USA came pretty fast approx 2 weeks of time. It did came with a tracking # in email address. Overall, my little sister was happy about the squishes that came. Will buy from her again!

My daughter ordered a couple of the cute squishy toys sold on this website. I think she saw this on you tube. 6 months later we still have not received the items. I went onto their website and after reading their terms and conditions I regret ordering from this website. They are threatening if you dare to dispute a charge. Which I did since I didn't receive the goods paid for. This company lacks integrity and should not be allowed to sell anything online.
I got a creamiicandy package and it came in 2 weeks and all the squishys I got were amazing. But I saw the Puni Maru popsicle, I ordered a series 1 dragon popsicle but I got the series 2 frog popsicle. It's ok but overall I really like creamiicandy and I have been ordering from them for a long time and they are super worth it.

I ordered a package about 2 months ago and I was really exited for it! Never got an email saying it was shipped and I know there was a delay but I was really unhappy. It is still not shipped and they never replied to my emails asking about it! It has been a long time and I am very dissapointed. I never ordered a Mochi Seal and they also never explained why they did not reply to my emails! I ordered a Breadou Donut!

Placed an order near $100 and pay for the shipping cost for $15. It is about 2 1/2 months, still did not received the package. The company is located at Australia, the shipment sent out from Singapore by Skippy Post, it does not make sense. I have sent more than five emails but get no response. They should able to help and TRACK the shipment, if the customer did not get their parcel, they should INVESTIGATE but they do not care because they take your money already so they don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM CREAMIICANDY, you get no help from their customer service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The items look very nice on their website, you purchase them on your own risk. BE AWARE
