I have ordered from Creamiicandy a total of 3 times (and I plan to order from Yue, the owner, many many MANY more times in the future). I found that her customer service is by far one of the best customer services I've found to date; she's quick to reply, happy to help, and thorough in her assistance.
I have talked to many other squishy/kawaii sites, like SillySquishies and Kawaii-Land, and I found that Creamiicandy has the best customer service of them all.
As far as the shipping time, it is not her fault that she is situated in Australia (which is the cause of why her shipments are later than most other squishy stores when purchasing from the US). But I found that my package ALWAYS arrived before the estimated delivery date, and the time it takes to process and ship out the order is so very fast.
The quality of the items are amazing. Never have I had an issue with any of my purchased items. She also gives extras which is amazing; her extras feel like "bought' items rather than just extra left over squishies she has left in stock. Amazing considering the fact that it's a business; to give extras is insanely amazing!
I have never had an issue with the site and, from what I've seen from other buyers, when there is an issue, Creamiicandy is quick to help and solve the issue.
Best site to buy from if you're willing to wait a little while for the shipping time. But remember, this site's prices are very very good, and they're only ever expanding their selections! If you're willing to wait a little longer for a better price, there is no other website out there that can compare!
We ordered a package three months ago and still have not received it yet. Also, we emailed them and have not gotten a response ( we emailed them 2 months ago). They said that they shipped it once in November and then once in December. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS
The shipping was pricey but I got over that and I live in Australia and I can to me within 2-3 day and so I don't need to wait there website is so easy to use and order for so I can be done and go do order think I really need to get to IT IS amazing and I can't wait to Oder for them again they might go to website
BUYERS BEWARE! CreamiiCandy has HORRIBLE customer service when you have problems with your order. They sent me a defective squishy and the wrong box to the Puni Maru panda donut but they only replied they will send me the right box. I sent them photos of how squishy is defective and emails after emails asking what about the squishy and NO RESPONSE... VERY VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER. I ordered the first day it was available, waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive from Australia to US. The owner Joel Wu should not be in business. I plan to report to PayPal to get my money back. I hope Youtubers would stop promoting their website.

Dear Creamiicandy, I don't have many squishies that are squishy or new except the panda bun and the marshmellow bun but that's it so I would really like a squishy review and I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and Instagram pictures that Creamiicandy has really great squishies and there squishies are really soft and squishy

Yes! I do love this website with all the amazing squishies that they have avaliable to us! Shipping is depending where you live and I understand about it. Plus I also understand that people that work there have to put up and send a whole stack of squishies coming through every single day (or maybe one per hour!) However, the only reason I put a 4 star rating is the communication to the public and delivery notice. Commication to any customer care is very important asking about the problems of the orders and many more. I suggest they store should have a online customer service for people who need help with their orders. For the delivery notice, usually it tells us automatically when it is sent or not, I also understand that the delivery system is a little random and doesnt work out. Usually when this happen, they should provide them with the tracking number so the customer can double check on another website and may call customer service on their local delivery place than complaining at Creamiicandy. Creamiicandy is very hard working that the person doent have 100 arms to message them at the same time on instagram+emails. Buts the important role is to improve customer service and delivery notice issues.
This company is not helpful and does not hold themselves responsible if you DO NOT RECEIVE your the product (s) you pay for. This company will give you the runaround and then ignore your request for help. The Singapore mailer is NO DIFFERENT! The tracking number you are given is a JOKE!
