My niece was very very very happy with her gift of squishies and mystery grab bag. I would recommend this shop! SO many items and pink packaging paper

My PayPal account was hacked and several transactions were made on my account that I had to dispute and creamiicandy hapkened to be one of them. Just a few hours after filing my claim within paypal I got a horrible and threatening email from who I assume is the owner of creamiicandy.
They sent me a screenshot of the order made using my account and titled the email "scammer". They told me they submitted my address to the police, I'll have the email in the photos on here.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I would be personally threatened with police by a company via email. So unprofessional

Creamiicandy is very responsive to emails and if I ever have an issue with my order they will ALWAYS fix it and make sure I am happy with my order. There has not been a single time when they have not responded to my email and my questions later than 1-2 days. One time my squishies got damaged in the mail even though creamiicandy sent them in box packaging and they still helped me resolve the issue when it was not their fault. They also ALWAYS give me gifts! I love creamiicandy

Their customer service is honestly the best I've ever received. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews here but I can safely say their customer service is by the far the best. I've made big orders from their shop and they will send them in a few boxes and let me know so I am informed. They answer my emails SO quickly even though they are from the other part of the world.

The mystery sets are great and my daughter loves them. I got the stationery box and the licensed squishies set for Christmas this year and I cant wait to give them to her. They even added some extra goodies and little gift card note that I requested them to do in the notes section.

Received a defected item, it has a hole where the insides are coming out (it's a squeeze toy) thus making the toy unusable. I did contact the shop about this issue, but they never bothered to reply.

Best grab bags 10 Squishies for 50 dollars!
And the Yummiibear grab is bit more expensive but so so cute!;
Their creamiicandy Squishies are sooo slow and cute- they are all scented like the squishy you buy. I also bought some japanese stationery from their website recently.
I receive gifts in my orders and the second time I ordered they even wrote welcome back in my notes. They really care about their customers and resolve any issues quickly. I've purchased from other squishy websites before and they don't reply as quickly as creamiicandy who always seem to care!

A while ago I ordered/received a package (I'm from Western Australia) and was sad to see when I opened it up that the squishies weren't wrapped very properly. Most of them were defected and had air bubbles. I was not very happy overall, I had really high expectations but they were not reached. Quite disappointing.

All their products are awesome, soft and super kawaii! I really love how easy it is to get in touch with them if you have any problems or questions. Sellers are all super sweet, and the products are INSANELY soft and super well-made!

Emailed the owner for safety certificates and they were quick to respond. Great squishy website and the squishies I received were in great condition, they smell really good as well.

I bought the grab bag and it was filled with fantastic licensed Squishies. Slow rising and wonderful scents. Customer service was great too due to pandemic shipping is slower but there was tracking and everything was worth it.

I ordered a package 3 months ago and it should of been here by a week or so. It said it will take a week to come but still didn't show. Im really upset I spent 70$ something on these squishes. I called the bank and luckily they gave me my money back. I will never order from here again, I hope it gets banned!

I actually love candies and everything that is connected with sweeties. It's my passion and i can't deny it. Of course, I understand that the amount of sugar which I consume daily is very dangerous, however I can't stop. I tried so many times and every time was failed. So, I decided to continue destroy my health and i applied to this candy shop in order to buy some more sweeties. The sweeties here are very delicious and it seems to me that these sweeties are the tastiest candies I have ever tasted. So, definetely recommend this website and this candy shop to buy sweeties.

Very helpful and kind! I received my Creamiicandy package and it was pretty much destroyed due to someone or something during its postal transit. The squishies inside were crushed too. Creamiicandy was very apologetic about the situation even though it was definitely not their fault! They filed a complaint with the post office, and gave me a 15% off coupon code to use! Although it was really upsetting to get my package in the condition that it was, Creamiicandy was able to help me out as best as they can!

Big range of squishy's and they are very cute, problem is that I have encountered bad customer service. A lot of the time they do not respond to emails, or messages on their website.
They also did not communicate with me whatsoever when the item I bought was out of stock, I only found out when I received my package with an item missing and the only way I found out what happened to the item was when I checked my Paypal for a refund on said item and the reason for refund labeled as item out of stock.
They said that they sent an email asking me if I wanted something else instead, and that the email must of gone to my junk folder. I checked everything in my email, I had not received an email at all. This has happened twice to me, which was really frustrating, because I thought maybe it was just a one off thing...
