Crawl Paw

I bought a dog boot from Crawl Paw then had to return it (wrong size) so I ordered the next larger size. They had emailed me and said when they received the returned product they would reimburse me. It's been over a month now, I have emailed them 3 times asking about the refund, with no response. Before when I originally ordered the dog boot they responded right away, now I'm being ignored. I am totally disgusted with how they rip people off. I've paid for 2 dog boots now. Would not buy from this company!

They sent me a brace rather than a harness. Despite having evidence ( see photos below), they would not pay for my return. Figures as the return to Calf. Was $15 half the price of the item. However, they did not do the right thing. Don't trust them!

I've written twice with no response and just requested they cancel my order. I ordered a collar so my pup would notlick a surgical wound. I am contacting PayPal to dispute this order as I see they will neither cancel or refund my order. Don't waste your time, effort or money.the is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company is in China...buyer beware.

UPDATE: They got back to me and said the person handling my account had been fired.
My $ was refunded.

I had to return a brace as it was too difficult for disabled man to put on his dog. It wasnt used. I emailed to get directions on returns May 4th.
I mailed the return on the May 8th and emailed Crawlpaw pics of package, receipt, and tracking.
I checked the tracking later (May 15th) and they signed for it.
Now they will not answer my emails.
There is no phone to call.
Ripped off? Seems so.
Moral: Research and make sure you know who the seller is...like dont buy from China

I bought a leg brace from CrawlPaw over a month ago. As soon as it arrived, I tried it on my dog's leg. Since it didn't work, I contacted Crawlpaw and requested a refund. I was told that I had to ship it to China, even though there's a US address. I then got another email, saying that they'd refund me if I donated it to a shelter, and took pictures as evidence. I drove to a shelter and two animal clinics but none of the staff would pose for the picture to endorse the product. It's been weeks since they said they'd issue a refund for trying but every email I send, is sent right back to me. This is a scam. The product is a good idea but the execution of the design is flawed.

I bought a brace for my dog who is suffering from IVDD. The brace did not work well for her, in fact, it made it worse. I requested a return. They asked me to send photos of the brace, which I did, and they approved the product is eligible for a return. I went to FedEx, and on my own dime, paid to have it sent back to the address they provided. I sent them a copy of the tracking number and my receipt. Crawl Paw has the brace in their possession, for almost a month, and have not issued a refund. They also have not replied to any of my emails requesting a refund update. Crawl Paw was very quick in responding when I was considering purchasing the product, however, now that I am returning it, even though they confirmed I would get a refund, they have now ignored my request for an update and have not issued any refund at this time. Please be cautious when buying their products and the potential issues you might have if you need to return the product. Update: Crawl Paw finally issued the refund.

The better business bureau has flaged this site as a scam. The positive reviews are either employees of fake

They ignore you once you send them the money even though they claim to be so dedicated to your satisfaction. Liars and thieves! Hope they fold.
