I laugh at all these negative reviews on here! You small business owners know how much vinyl and supplies you use! If you order on a promo day, there will be a delay in shipping. For example, do you want to get to point A to B driving or flying? I have ordered 2 orders from CR. First order was a promo day. Arrived in 2.5 weeks. That's faster than I thought it was gonna be! Next order was a non promo day. Arrived in less than a week. Oh, did I mention it was Easter Weekend that week also? I'm no business owner or anything but I do know when my supplies will be getting low. I will be ordering from CR from now on. If you're in a pinch and need supplies that day, well go to your local stores and pay 200% more! And yes that is what you will pay for your vinyl there! I looked everywhere to beat Nicks price! I've been ordering from craftvinyl.com for a couple years now. I've never had a single issue. Always receive exactly what I ordered, plus extra goodies, and the prices cannot be beat. The vinyl is always excellent quality, and the selection is phenomenal! I will admit though, I am educated and I can read simple english, so reading the rules comes easy for me... thus, I've only had great experiences. If you can read and follow directions this is the best site around. Shipping is faster than advertised. I've order over 20 times and I have never had a problem. Yes, the owner is rude... but it's only because of years dealing with people that think the rules apply to everyone but them. They have the BEST prices on the internet. Just read the directions and do as they say. If you can't do that, shop somewhere else.
The people at Craft Vinyl are on point! The rules everyone is complaining about are there because of people thinking they are the only person being sold to. This isn't a small business that has 1 day turn around. He offers us crafters supplies at reasonable prices. Unlike so many other places who charge 4 times what the item is worth. Which means more money in your pocket! All you need to do is follow the rules. Nick is the owner of this sham of a business. They shipped me damaged vinyl and when asked to merely replace it; I was told to go F myself. This is seriously what the loser wrote me in my email. Stay away and find someone reputable. Awful customer service from an even worse human being.
Nick and his crew have the best deals around! Shipping is fast on normal orders and sales timeframe are outlined in bold red letters so that nobody misses anything. As long as you read the "rules" on the webpage and group and follow them you're good! Comprehension is key! I had an issue with an order once, I emailed him and he corrected the error without any harsh words. Legit issues are dealt with promptly and professionally! Won't order from anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Have been ordering from craftvinyl.com for about a year. I have ALWAYS received my order within the time frame stated on the page I ordered from. You can't beat the prices and the quality of his materials are superb!
I don't understand why people can't/don't read the rules of a sales page because every detail is plainly spelled out there. There are no hidden rules or fees, unlike other companies who hide the exact same info on some tucked away FAQ page.
If you ever have a problem, they will gladly fix the issue if it was their fault. If it was an error on your part, if you act like an adult and own up that you made a mistake, they will fix the issue, minus the not hidden cancelation fee that you agreed to when you ordered.

I read the shipping rules in order to find out if I should order from the sale pages. Since I was not on any time frame for delivery I went ahead with my purchase. In short order I received my vinyl at a great price! I even had a problem with PayPal and emailed. My problem was resolved. I will order again you can not beat these prices for a quality product. I heard about craftvinyl.com on a forum and since then have never ordered from anywhere else. I'm only a hobby crafter, so shipping isn't an issue for me. I have never had an issue with any order.
If you can read this review, then you can read all his terms and conditions for orders at his business. If you do not agree or like the terms and conditions, go somewhere else and pay a lot more. Most websites as businesses don't spell things out as clearly as he does.
