The website tells you plain and clear the answer to this question. The answer depends on which part you order from. Again though, it will all be spelled out for you when you order.

It ALL depends on whether you ordered from a specials page or not. If you did, then read the rules. It will say an ADDITIONAL "SO MANY DAYS" MORE along with normal shipping time frame. So... normal 3-5 business days PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS... NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS...

Do not contact this company. They will harass you and give out your personal info. Just do a chargeback on your credit card and order elsewhere.
