Every time I order I get what I ordered and it always comes within the time stated on the website! I've searched sooo many websites for the best prices and there absolutely is not ant other out there. As long as you READ THE RULES there is absolutely no comparison.
Live their products! High quality and the lowest prices! Yeah they don't supply tracking numbers but I've always gotten my order within 10-14 days at the most. Support a small company in the USA.
I ordered from this company and "per the rules" you are not allowed to ask for a tracking number, soooo I have no idea if my order even shipped. They will not email you the tracking number, nor will it ever show up in Paypal (unless forced) and Pirateship doesn't email you - even in your junk folder. For me - I have had issues with USPS losing my packages. Too bad so sad - your money is down the drain because you didn't "read the rules". Luckily I paid through PayPal and they will force the retailer to give the tracking number. If you like knowing if your order has actually shipped and like decent customer service, don't buy from here. They don't like to spend the time to give you even decent customer service, because they don't think their customers are worth the time spent on a 30 second email. I personally think I am worth more than that as a customer for any company. Prices don't matter if you never get your order. I asked for the tracking number - the person just gave me the website where it showed the "rules". I told him that was not helpful and I would be writing a review and here is the email I got back! I personally don't like to be sworn at by a representative of any company. Maybe some customers like that, I don't know. I won't be buying from here again. When I finally got the tracking number - it had just shipped which was over the 4 business days mark, so they don't always send the orders out between 1-4 business days even if there is no holiday.
No transparency as a company and the owner Nick thinks he is some vinyl God, I couldn't imagine running my company like he does.
The owner intentionally shows poor customer service and cusses out their customers when they have an issue that can easily be fixed because it's click bait he even says on his webpage that they have no problem doing it because it leads to people being curious and clicking on their website and ultimately buying. Wow this is one way to make money which is every business is number one goal this is not how it should be done businesses should pride themselves on customer service to ensure customer loyalty and better business. People who have a pleasant customer service experience are more likely to buy from this company again and will recommend them to their friends and fellow consumers. I will never support a company that cusses out their customers for complaints about an issue with their order that can simply be resolved just by being nice and understanding. One thing that this company is not is compassionate towards their loyal customers and once those loyal customers have an issue they are dressed in the most unprofessional and inappropriate way being customer and told that their business isn't needed and encourages them to post on social media in order to get more people to buy from their shop this is morally wrong in so many ways and I hope that more people will see these reviews and will not buy from this company or maybe the company will see these reviews and will consider being more professional and not cussing out their customers I understand that some customers are ridiculous at times but there are also customers that are rational and are just bringing up a simple issue that does not need to be blown out of proportion by the company.
This guy is living the American Dream. The freedom to be able to tell customers (via a custom website) to go f*** themselves because you are just too busy printing money to care about your crappy customer service must be like riding an eagle bareback on your way to your Proud Boys meeting. He's definitely living his best life.

Made my wife cry... they had their hole group attack us verbally. Worst business ever... then wanted to compare tax returns as if they wanted to prove they have more money than we do. We felt very attacked and will seek profesional advise.
This company is very disrespectful and expects the customers to take it without saying anything! If you say anything, the employees and owner will try to gang up on you! Please take your money else ware... there are many sites that are respectful and will send you and email when you make a purchase and when they ship... craftvinyl does none of this, so good luck with "maybe" receiving your product! Also, his site says if you want to know if you are receiving a package from his company, you must call your post office to find out... LOL. You will not have a tracking number because they do not send you any correspondence about your purchase... NOTHING!
Look, I get it, some complain. But that's because they don't read, they expect next day delivery during a global pandemic and they don't update their PayPal address and blame the business. Just read the rules, know the difference in business days and your order will be shipped in less time than they state. Loyal customer for many years and won't shop anywhere else. You see, I can read and be patient in waiting for the BEST deals on earth. People blame him if they forget to update the PayPal address then turn around and whine. I really wanted to order vinyl from this page, but all of the bad reviews I've read turned me away. I know someone who used his vinyl, and it melted so bad it looked like jello. It wasn't a very good vinyl; not only that, he talked to his customers like trash! Stay away from this company!
