I placed an order for CPAP supplies and ran into an issue where one of the items was out of stock even though it did not show this on the website. It cause my order to be delayed for shipping. Daryl assisted me with getting my order corrected so that I could get the other items I ordered why I waited for the last item to be restocked. Daryl was quick and efficient with handling the situation. I only rated 4 starts because of the issue with the item not being shown as out of stock.

I've been a loyal customer for quite some time. Throughout the years, all of my orders have arrived in a timely manner, with all items landing on my doorstep in perfect condition. One item in my last order, Simple Science CleanSmart CPAP disinfectant spray, which had not been closed tightly enough prior to shipment, leaked in the package and saturated most of the box. A quick call to Brandy T from CPAP.com customer service solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. She was able to replace damaged items and arrange for a new order right away! Accidents do happen so it's great to know that CPAP.com is there when you need them and that they have your back!

I was looking for a battery for my dream station two. Because that Philips model has not been out for a long time, I was having difficulty online finding a battery that would fit. I called cpap.com and spoke with Lacey. She on my behalf made two phone calls to see which batteries were compatible with my dream station unit. She found that the freedom battery I had for my dream station one would work with myDream station too if I only had a different cable. As a result I only paid $69 plus a 20% coupon off for the cable instead of having to buy a nearly $400 new battery. All thanks to Lacey! Chatted with Daryl and he was able to quickly answer my questions for the travel CPAP and gave me other options to consider since one is currently not available.
I wanted to get the Breas Z2 but currently not available anywhere. Wanted the Breas model as as my Resmed (big one) hose would not work with the Resmed Airmini. He provided me info on a adapter so that I could consider getting that one (just the cpap without the hoses, etc) right away.
