EXP48 Pro battery too large for travel bag. They will not accept return due to being out of plastic bag. Never used. Will not be using this company in the future.
I had an issue with order I placed. I called and was lucky enough to talk with Daryl. He quickly figured out that the order name and prescription name did not match and was holding up the order. Thanks to Claudine my order and my prescription were verified and I could quit holding my breath... I sent my prescription the day after I placed my order and then went on "live chat" to make sure they were together. (I'm desperate to get my machine for an unplanned trip next week.) After a full week of phone calls to the insurance company, various suppliers, and the current supplier, we finally got the help needed in a replacement machine for the affected Phillips recall. Carol helped us through the process of identifying the best alternative and successfully ordering the ResMed machine that will be delivered tomorrow! Placed the order for a AirMini machine with 2 day Fedex shipping. The machine never arrived. I called customer service several times, it goes to a answering machine with no response.

I was trying to order a c-pap machine. When I got ready to check out some of the items were showing that I wanted 2 instead of 1 item. Lucky for me I got Katherine on the Chat Line. She was able to promptly correct the situation. Thank you so much Katherine.
I have bought all of my resupply CPAP products and a CPAP from this website and I have to say they don't always get everything perfect, but they make up for it with their amazing costumer support!
Support service is quick, accurate, and understanding and I have never had a problem that they could not fix within a week.
Not only that but their products are better value than what insurance will ever quite you, unless you are in a premium insurance plan, but honestly I just find their business to be straight forward and a lot more freeing to people that simply cannot afford premium prices.
Also they have quarterly deals that can be up to 20% off which is not hard to find at all and it applies to the total of the cart. Where most other sites just apply the discount to one item. (Which is much less of a deal)

I was very disappointed with CPAP.com when two time-sensitive orders were late. Agnes in Customer Service refunded my shipping fees and assured me that the most important of my two orders would arrive in time. I still don't understand why it will take nearly a month to deliver a single lightweight order for CPAP Mask Headgear, but at least Agnes and Customer Service helped me!
