I was very disappointed with CPAP.com when two time-sensitive orders were late. Agnes in Customer Service refunded my shipping fees and assured me that the most important of my two orders would arrive in time. I still don't understand why it will take nearly a month to deliver a single lightweight order for CPAP Mask Headgear, but at least Agnes and Customer Service helped me!

I had a battery question and they answered quickly with good info. Good luck w cpap. Com over the years. Better to buy direct from cpap.com and skip insurance hassle which is often more expensive anyway with high copays.

My first experience using CPAP.com started with a chat with Chad. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. Then, he turned me over to Kayla in customer service who also was very helpful. She was willing to look up my Rx that I sent in earlier and contacted the evaluators to get an answer on the validity of the Rx due to the date. I wasn't on hold very long and she was able to verify everything and I now have a new machine on the way! As I said, this is my first time using CPAP.com and I hope there are no problems with shipping. As long as everything goes well, I plan to use this company for shipment of supplies from here on out. They are so much easier and nicer to deal with then our local DME company, not to mention less expensive.
