Never received free shipping as advertised on website for orders over $75.00. My order was over $75.00 but still had to pay for shipping. No option for free shipping like other websites. Would have given 5 stars if free shipping was honored like on the website.
After getting told the original item I wanted wasn't available. I am happy with how I was sent new options and given a discount on the new product. Very happy with the product and the company thank too all! Merry Christmas
I ordered the cozy winter battery operated glove liners and received the 12v "plug in" liners instead. I ordered the battery operated liners so I did NOT have to plug into my bike battery. Useless gloves now.

I contacted Cozy Winters by email about a product problem. I was called and told to check with the manufacturer which had very good warrantee service and I did. After three attempts with the manufacturer to get a satisfactory product I gave up and called Cozy Winters to ask for a refund since the manufacturer told me I would have to get a refund from them. I was told my 30 day return period had expired and since I had used warrantee "service" I was not eligible for a refund. I was never told at the time of my initial complaint that if I went the warrantee "service" route that I could not then get a refund after 30 days.
I placed an order with this company. The product was too small and i returned it within a few days, clean and undamaged. I emailed repeatedly and finally got confirmation that it was received and i would be credited in the next credit card cycle. When i finally got my credit card bill a month later there was no credit. I contacted the company about this and they told me that their inspector determined that it was soiled with anti-perspirant and that they reject the return.
They even claimed to have taken photos of the jacket i returned. The jacket in question was too small to even get over my dad's belly, let alone on him, and he doesn't wear deodorant.
They informed me that they shipped it back to me. They never informed me that they rejected a return and simply shipped back to me.
I have never seen a company so customer-unfreindly! They get a 0/10 in my book!
Got the package on time, it arrived undamaged, and it works pretty well!
I highly recommend cozy winters. The site is user friendly and the Tracs I ordered for my graddaughter arrived quickly and this was the only place I could find this item for children. I will be back to shop again!
Initially I was only going to order the Hotronics replacement footbeds, but saw the bootdryers on sale. So far the dryers appears to do the job.
Footbeds are spares. Good price. I seem to tear the cords coming up the back of the boots.
The floor heater is working very nicely. The heating element was ordered to fit under a 5'x7' rug. The installation instructions call for the non slip pad to be 1" longer than the heating element and 1" shorter than the rug over it. This means the length and width of the heating element should be less than 44"X 80" ( 4" less than the rug in each dimension) The heating element was larger than that preventing the full 1" margin on each laver. It was tricky to get the rug perfectly placed to cover the nonslip pad when it was cut to the recommended size.
Listen to pissed off customers reviews they are not making this up. This company needs a lawsuit against it. They sell cheap cheap junk and make you pay 3-4 times for shipping to get it fixed, then they tell you it cannot be fixed and they no longer carry the item so you cannot get a replacement as it is not EXACTLY the same item. This after paying for the item to fly all over the USA on your dime. Their rules are pages long to cover themselves and consumers have no recourse BEWARE: A SCAM
This was my first order so I always am a bit apprehensive. No worries - items delivered promptly, in great condition. My husband tried his heated gloves today and thought they were terrific!

Came in quick timing, the seats are individual unlike the picture, you will need 2 cigarette ports to use both. Super comfy seats and they warm up quickly.

Looks like I had the same experience many others are having. I ordered a pair of heated gloves as a Christmas gift for another person. The gloves were WAY small for a Medium. I contacted Cozy Winters--my contact was four days past their 30 day return policy, though in fact, with shipping, I had not even had the gloves 30 days. And, I just wanted to EXCHANGE them for the larger size. I was told I would have to pay a $20 "restocking fee". I would also have to pay what it cost them to ship the original gloves to me! Original shipping was free. Also, I would only be granted a store credit. I was astonished. We do a lot of internet shopping, and I have NEVER encountered such ridiculous restrictions on an exchange. I asked what exactly the bottom line credit would be, and so far, have not even had a reply.
Bad company. Be smart and shop elsewhere. Lots of much better shopping choices are out there. I truly wish I had checked review websites before ordering at Cozy Winters as my problem with them seems rampant. The majority of internet companies want their customers to be happy with the products they purchase, and you see this in their return and exchange policies. This does not seem the case with Cozy Winters. They have barriers in place to keep all purchases final--even regarding a simple exchange.
We ordered an under area rug mat, which failed after two weeks. Appears to be the mat itself as even after we removed the thermometer and plugged the mat directly in, it still did nothing. Our rug is just an oriental, not very thick, and unless you stood on it for a few minutes at the highest temp, you could hardly feel the heat. The thermometer which you pay for separately, is a joke, you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out, and it constantly reset itself to factory specs. Unfortunately, because we ordered early, we did not lay it until it got cold, and therefore could not return it under warranty. We also ordered under tile mat for our new tiled kitchen floor, and the instructions were so confusing, we did not see that you had to put a sensor, which came in a separate box, into the system before the tiles were laid. So we have to rely on ambient air temp to control it. Plus customer service implied that "maybe" they would make good, but to return it at our expense, and "maybe" be responsible for cost of repairs or replacement. Obviously, we trashed it. Waste of money in both cases, go elsewhere!
I ordered a boot scraper for my husband, but since it's a gift we haven't used it yet - it looks perfect in the box and seems very sturdy and well made. It arrived quickly.

You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather.
