Perfect

My husband loves it... we are a COLD (hubby) vs HOT (wifey) duo, so this is perfect to put at the foot of the bed for him and I still sleep cool on my side... A marriage saved by Cozywinters!

Cool collar

The Cool collar works great! I'm from New York and our summers can be mighty humid, worse for my Ricochet. I wish the cool collar stayed cooler longer, but I guess my beagle is one hot dog!

Love the heated floor mat

It arrived sooner than expected. I use the heated floor mat in a drafty room where I practice yoga and meditate. This solution takes care of the chill and allows me to more fully enjoy the room.

Oh, it all started out so well. I found what I wanted, I ordered it, it arrived quickly, all was right with the world! But then, the product proved to be defective, so naturally, I emailed them to inquire about a return (Day 1). No answer. So I called. No one answered so I left a message (Day 2). No one returned my call. So the next day (Day 3) I called again. 15 times before someone answered. They sent me a label to return the item and were sending a replacement the same day. Oh hooray! Tracking info was to be emailed as soon as available. Fast forward to Day 10. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch. So I call. For 45 minutes I use 3 phones to call continuously. NO ANSWER. I leave another voice mail (what is the Urban Dictionary definition of insane again?) Day 11. No response. I email (see previous question). Day 12. I take to social media to see if it has any result. I file a claim with the State's Attorney General and the BBB. Stay tuned to see what day 285 may bring...

How does this company even exist?

Wait. Maybe it doesn't.

New Heating Liber

I purchased two low-voltage heated blankets, and a STABILicers HEEL plus replacement cleats. They were shipped in three separate packages and shipments. Customer service sent me tracking information as the packages were sent. The small stabilicers package was shipped USPS right away, and the blankets took 3-4 days before they were shipped through FedEx.

As someone that used to work herev STAY FAR AWAY!
There business is a joke, the products are cheap and they rip people off when it comes to returns. Save yourself the frustration with dealing with a customer service reps who could care less about the customer.
Even though this website is well made, the owners are as crooked as they come. SHOP ANOTHER SITE WITH BETTER QUALITY PRODUCTS!

No one named May has ever worked at CozyWinters. I have worked at CozyWinters for more than 7 years. I have gotten to know all of the employees personally. No one that I know would have posted this. Everyone who works here knows that the owners and management have the highest integrity of anyone I have ever worked for, so I can only conclude that this is a FALSE statement from someone who has never worked at CozyWinters. Unfortunately anyone can post anything on this forum, whether it's true or not. It's up to the those reading it to decide if they want to believe this. One thing is true and can be fact checked accurately... CozyWinters has an A+ rating with the BBB and has been in business for many years and could not survive if they didn't sell quality products and stand behind those products.

Cozy Winters was very helpful until it came to crediting my credit card for a return. They take up to thirty days while interest is piling up. Not a very satisfactory policy.

Love It!

I curl and as the skip I ALWAYS freeze! I wore my heated jacket for the first time Monday night and I was WARM! First time EVER, that I have not been out on the ice jumping around and shivering! The jacket is quite stylish and has a great fit to it! My only minor complain and the location of the battery pack. As a curler I can't get down in the hack without opening the jacket, but this is a minor thing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this jacket!

Great product for a cold room.

One room in my home is a challenge to keep warm during Wisconsin winter. Added the under rug heat for an 8x10 rug and the room is now comfortable. I'm very happy with this product.

I have therm-ic boot heaters but, the charger wasn't working. CozyWinters had a charger that worked perfectly to charge them just as they said it would. I was very pleased.

Descent product and service. The biggest issue is that if you don't live in the states, the shipping and customs will double the cost easily. Brutal if you're not expecting it.

So apparently there is no fix for the ones I purchased. I don't know what I can do to modify this and it is a real pain the way it is. This is a lot of money for something that isn't right.

Buttons in the wrong spot

I ordered two of these and the buttons on both are on the right side. In my Mustang the seats fit pretty tight to the center console so the driver side seat cover is a pain to try to turn on and off so I need to figure out how to get the button to stay above the console on the seat in order to use it. If it wasn't for this I would have given it 5 stars.

Boot dryer

Was very disappointed because the package the boot dryer came in was taped at the top, but had opened anyways so the unit was loose in the box. It also didn't work.

Heated gloves

Everything was great received them very fast and they work great. Sizes run a large as I had ordered a pair size large and they are a just a little big. But work just fine

MY WIFE PURCHASED MENS ELECTRIC GLOVES FOR ME AND THEY WORKED ONE DAY. I GOT AN RMA NUMBER AND PACKED GLOVES BATTERIES AND CHARGER IN ORIGINAL BOXES AND SENT IT BACK. THEY CALLED AND SAID I ONLY RETURNED THE GLOVES WITH NO BATTERY OR CHARGER. I SAID THAT I HAD SENT EVERYTHING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN 100 FOR THE GLOVES ONLY. IT WS TO GO ON THE CREDIT CARD OR SEND US A CHECK. NEVER GOT ANYTHING. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I GUESS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO CHECK.
