Do not purchase from this company. They sent an incorrect and unusable product when I ordered a custom hammock cover. I have been working for nearly 3 months to get a refund and am being run around in circles by the company and are now ignoring my emails. Details videos have been sent showing that the measurements are off (too small), pictures, etc. and they company recently closed my case out saying that I was not responding to them (blatantly false -- I have the 11 different communications saved which I've sent them over the last 3 months). DO NOT BUY. BUYER BEWARE. I have had to now handle the fact that I received an unusable product by initiating a dispute with the CC company.

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day according to the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake; we are firmly committed to making it right once the error is established. To establish the error, pictures (sometimes a video) clearly showing the problem is required. This is a standard and reasonable request and is mentioned in our Terms of Use as necessary.
We understand and appreciate that you shared several pictures with us. Regrettably, none of the pictures had a readable measurement. This is why a video showing the stitch to stitch measurement was requested. We are not sure why some of your emails did not reach us; kindly check the email address you sent them to as we cannot see that in the trail emails.
This video was finally received on 14 September; in the video the size does appear to be 157.25" which is the measurement you added. The product page lists 1-2 inches leeway; the sag in the cover as visible in the video takes up this leeway.
While we respectfully maitain there is no error in fabricating the cover, for your satisfaction a full refund has been processed on 24 September. So far so good. Cover arrived a day early and it was just as described online and exactly what I ordered. Time will tell if it will hold up to the elements as they described under the product review for the cover that I purchased.
After a few iterations with the company regarding the exact measurements of a rectangular table with curved corners I finally received my cover the other day. It couldn't be more perfect. Very happy... top notch quality.

However, the product you have ordered is Custom Shape Cushion Covers (not cushions). We did introduce cushion inserts as an addon sometime ago. We intend to continue offering the option; however, our development team has taken it offline temporarily while we evlauate other features associated with this offering. Sadly, at this time we are unable to predict when the cushion inserts will be available again.
