So far, the instructions were easy to follow but the price in the pudding will be receipt of order. We thought it was going to be a USA product but the FedEx shipment has gone from India to China and that is where it sits. It has been over three weeks in shipment.

I have a niche grill with dimensions different from standard grills. When it came time to replace the factory cover, the Cover's & All designer worked very closely with me to carefully ascertain multiple measurement parameters, so as to ensure a proper fit. The finished product fits perfectly -- even better than the factory cover.
I had a little trouble with the measurements. I thought that I had measured correctly the first round but was asked to do two more measurements which caused delays. However the cover fit perfectly so I assume it was worth it.
I got what I ordered quickly, and the quality is excellent.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
