At first I thought I found a great source for new cushion covers close to Jacksonville only to find out all their production and support are in INDIA. Now it's going to take twice as long to get my order and any support I need comes with an accent I can't understand. The website is misleading saying they're in Lawrenceville, GA. There should be a disclaimer that all products are made and shipped from India for full disclosure.

I ordered a hot tub cover. I received a hot tub cover shell. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. This is misleading at the least and more likely false advertising.

Your order confirmation email shows that the hot tub cover was ordered in the black Cover Max fabric. As briefed on our product pages, the Cover Max fabric is a PVC coated polyester that has a vinyl-like feel. Thus, as long as the product construct matches the measurements and details submitted for this order, we have provided what was ordered and have, therefore, in no way, misled or falsely advertised about the product as claimed.
Please note that Covers&All is not liable for incorrect purchases made based on rough assumptions, as such information can be checked with our chat and phone support before submitting an order. Also, one could order a swatch kit to determine the quality of the different fabrics that we offer.
Per our policy limitations, returns are not admissible for our custom orders as each item is assembled from scratch. And a refund or replacement is also not possible either as this order was made as ordered. While we regret the turn of events there is little that can be done in such cases.

I custom made this awesome smoker out of a 55 gallon oil drum. The only thing was missing was a nice cover to top it all off. After hours of research and 4 different Amazon purchases and returns I came across Covers & All. There site is so easy to use, after about 5 mins of me customizing the size I wanted with elastic down into the bottom. For a very reasonable price I was amazed thus far. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping time. But you can't win them all. 5 days later my cover came 2 weeks early. As to my surprise it was here and I felt like a kid in a candy store opening it up. I put it on and it fit like a glove the material used is high end. This cover will be protecting my bride and joy for many hears to come. I recommend this company and products to the fullest. I'm currently replacing all my covers thru Covers and all so they can match and keep my yard looking sexy and protected.
