They could have taken my money, but they went out of their way, to reach out to me and explain that if I stored my pillows in a different way, I'd save ~$50. Crazy! The covers are rock solid and feel like they'll last a lifetime.
Wish I knew about this company so many years ago so I didn't waste my time on cheap store-bought ones! Needed a single cover for my new side-by-side washer/dryer because they sit outside (under an awning). The material is super strong and feels like it will withstand dust and rain easily, but the best part was that I got to send a very specific size, including a slightly higher back than front to account for the sloping machine design, and they custom sewed it and sent it to me in barely a week? Incredible! And they luckily even sent a confirmation "schematic" which led me to double check the dimensions — it turned out I had switched two numbers and the cover would have been 3 inches too narrow! They sent me a new schematic the next day and I had a cover within a week.
The only issue I had was that I underestimated how much the elastic at the bottom would cinch the bottom. It made it impossible to pull over the machines even though I had added 2 inches to length and width (for other reasons I couldn't add any additional inches in the sides). However it was no big deal at all, I just cut through the elastics in the back and it slipped right on and is the perfect size. Just fair warning to anyone getting the elastic edges, they cinch a fair amount.
Super happy with the product, price, shipping, and communication. Last night it rained and the machines remained bone dry and clean.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
