I had reached out to voice concerns over my order and have not heard from them. The call center rep who was in India by the accent, just referred me to an email that a week later has gone unanswered. They are great if you want off the rack covers, but ask for custom work and they don't work with you.
I ordered replacement cushions for my wicker porch furniture which was quite costly. I couldn't find the size cushion for the ottoman. I kept on searching for a site and came across your site. I was a little leary but gave it a try. Well I was so pleased. The beige cover compliments the stripes in the other cushions, quality fabric, strong zipper and fits beautifully! I wish I found this site before i spent a lot on new cushions. Measuring the cushion was easy- now I know- will spread the word!

I've only had it a few days but the cover I had made for my outdoor couch seems to be very well made. I had the gathered corners added and it fits snuggly. The only thing is I measured about an inch over on the dimensions and I feel like I could have measured closer to 2" over so it wouldn't be quiet so tight to pull on.
Easy to order, came quickly. Fabric is a bit on the thicker side.

I ordered a standard corner piece cover for a corner seat that was part of a patio set. Unfortunately the patio set company messed up and I had to return my corner seat. When I then tried to then return the unopened brand new covers and all cover for the corner seat, they won't take it back! It wasn't even a custom order, it was a standard order and they won't take returns! It's literally still in the shipping bag, unopened. Poor customer service. Really disappointed
I was really skeptical that I would be able to convey exactly the sizes and fit that I needed; many of our cushions were an odd trapezoidal shape. It turned out there were templates for cushions of all sizes and I'm happy to report that my entire set has been recovered and looks like new! The quality of the fabric is actually far superior to what we had before; there is a waterproof lining that helps the cushions to not get soaked through. We're very happy with our purchase and will likely get some additional colors to create additional looks.

The cover was a perfect fit. Sturdy material and waterproof. It actually looks very nice. I plan to use it to cover the firepit year round, not just during the winter. Came in on time. A bit pricey but I think it will be well worth it.
I was so happy that I could have custom covers made for the various seating areas we have on our porch deck and the quality of the finished product is great. They advise that they add an inch or so to your measurements and they did which means that the covers are a bit large but definitely cover the entire set so no water will get on them through the winter. While I was a little disappointed that they were constructed out of country and mailed to me, I am very happy with the construction and material. I would recommend this company to anyone.
