Ordered a cover that was to have been received within 2 1/2 weeks. It was shipped from India and arrived in Memphis, Tennessee and cleared customs. It was then shown in transit for five days after which it went back to Memphis and back into customs. After being in customs for an additional three days it's status was again shown in transit. I contacted customer service three times using their chat feature and only received a copy of the email messages that the company sent to FedEx. I placed two telephone calls and spoke with individuals at the company again only receiving copies of email messages. I tried using the track order feature at the top of the companies website which was completely unusable. Clicking on a little truck did nothing. I ended up calling Federal Express customs division and spoke with a representative there who finally tracked down the package and had it delivered it to me within 48 hours. The customer service of covers and all is terrible.
Covers arr extremely heavy duty compared to others I have had in the past. Dimensions were spot on and fit like a glove. Along with quick shipping and an amazing price for a completely custom product, I am 100% extremely satisfied. Great company, great product.
While placing the order I designated that I didn't want the package to arrive before a specific date. A day or so later I get a confirmation that the order is going to ship and it will be arriving before I wanted it to arrive. Subsequently I spent time talking to a service rep in India and setting up a package hold with FedEx. Company is based in India and is going to ship whenever they get an economic sized load coming to the states. That's fine. I understand that as a business person. Just don't provide people the opportunity to control date of product arrival, if they really can't.
They went out of their way to make sure they had proper measurements in the exact shape for our oval table, and they delivered a well made cover that fits perfectly.
