GREAT, easy way to have custom covers for all my needs.
I was going to wait until my grill arrived to take measurements but after getting onto the ordering site I saw they already had a selection for the Weber Summit Grill Center so I decided to order using their already defined measurements. Ordering was simple enough and delivery came almost a month before my grill was delivered. After assembling my grill - I tried the cover and while it does cover the grill it is not an ideal fit and when it rains, the water pools in the dimples where the cover is too baggy up top and on the shelves on the sides. After measuring the grill it turns out the dimensions were off for the height, width and depth -- too long in some areas and too short in others.

I ordered a customized version of an existing product. I needed a slight modification for my use. Order that arrived was a quality product but hadn't been customized for my need. Seems that the specific order with tech drawings got lost in the shuffle.
Covers and All offered to make again. (No return necessary.) The next one came and was ALMOST perfect. One element of re-design was I clearly stated in my email but never made it to the product. When I reviewed the emails, I noticed that the agent had 2 times only repeated a part of my instruction and not the final detail. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his omission earlier. I don't think it was my responsibility, but I did not ask for a 3rd re-make. The cover I received is very usable - as was the first - so I just doubled them up. Not perfect, but I think it will do. And, the quality is excellent. I expect the covers will. Last as long as the product.
