This is my second order. Very happy with the first one
I sought out Covers & All to have them craft a custom cover for my potting bench. The templates and guides they offer on their website make it easy to get what you need. My particular job was not as simple as just providing the dimensions. What I really appreciated was the communication between the shop and myself. They emailed questions for me and they required more specific measurements and double-checking to make sure everything looked right. After all that, alas, my cover was a little too tight and didn't fit right. I re-contacted them and the second time they allowed a little more leeway to allow for the difficult shape of my potting bench. They went above and beyond -- customer service is obviously a priority for them. After shipping delays (hello, worldwide supply chain issues) they contacted me to let me know the cover was delayed and even offered to cancel the order if I was unhappy with the wait time. Finally, along with the remade cover, they sent a custom zippered storage bag without charging me a dime more. Oh, and GREAT materials and solid design. I will recommend them to friends and family and if I need another cover, I'm coming back to Covers and All.
The products I ordered were suppose to be delivered 12/6 by Fed Ex. They did not come. For the next six days I checked Fed Ex via tracking and it always said 'delayed' and nothing else. Not good. I contacted Covers & All and they somehow, someway got Fed Ex to get off the stick and deliver the package. Great service in my view - above and beyond! Good products too. Couldn't be more pleased.
They worked with me on details and best options for an outside granite top bar cover. The bar wasnot a standard size and was multi-dimensional. They used my measurements, photos, etc... and communicated back and forth with me on the size and specific measuremenst to get this just right... It wurned out very nice correct size and fit. Highly recommend this company. Customer service was very knowledgable, professional and polite.
Lil off on the size + didn't know it was a sew on patch thing. Thought it would be printed on nice and flush like a one piece smooth thing. All good though. I guess it's not that big of a deal... I'm just a perfectionist.

I bought a camper and the old owner got rid of the cushions. I measured out what I needed and ordered the covers then bought 4 inch foam and cut to my order. Worked great. Looks nice and will be off to Florida in the spring.
I would love to talk about the quality of the products I ordered but I never received them. Suppose to be delivered by Fed Ex 12/5. I check Fed Ex tracking and all it says is 'delayed' - it's been 6 days already and still the message says 'delayed'. Will I ever received them? Who knows?

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Covers&All reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not our guarantee covers the failed product. For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Refunds will be issued within 7 days if the online ticket is approved and will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment. If refund is claimed after 60 days of receiving payments it will be in the form of store credit.
