This is the fifth custom cover I've ordered from Covers and All. Their product looks great, fits great, is incredibly durable, and looks like new years later. The directions they give for taking measurements makes everything easy. Their customer service is also top rate. In the beginning, when I was trying to figure out how to do this right, they were extremely patient and helpful.

I had 2 custom shaped and sized covers made for my outdoor dining table and bench. While it wasn't easy for me to get started on the website with such an odd shape request, once I did jump in and get connected with a designer, everything went well. We exchanged drawings and dimensions and the final product looks and works great. I also had a few standard shaped pieces (sofa, chair) that went smoothly too.

This is a high-quality, durable tarp. I decided to add side Velcro and a weighted chain at the bottom to keep it in place, even during heavy winds and rain. The grommet option allows for easy sliding when necessary. Overall, it's a well-made tarp with both clear and custom options available.

The covers are made in India so it takes at least four business days to get to you even you paid extra for shipping. Communications are excellent with the maker before finalizing the covers.

The product was alright, I had to put a blanket on it before my dog would use it and he's not overly particular. It did fit his crate well and the outer material is washable. The biggest concern I had was that the website is not fully accessible to me, a blind user. I could not independently select the pattern or size of the bed. Blind people like myself do not have a sighted person on call to help us with such a thing. I live in a house that I own and I live independently. I tried calling into the call center to place the order, but they said "I can only guide you on the website, I cannot place the order for you. This was of course no help at all as the agent had no idea how to tell me how to accessibly use the website with screen reading technology. I would ask that the website be made accessible in compliance with accessibility guidelines. Oh and I checked no marketing emails and have received several. Overall, the product was just okay, a bit pricey, my dog is not overly comfortable with it and the website is inaccessible. In addition, customer service was unable to help resolve the accessibility issue in any way.

Overall a good experience. It took me a while to figure out that I had to look at my account in order to find where in the queue and what else I had to verify with my order. After I placed the order, the team was great about coming back to me to confirm the measurements (a couple of which needed to be adjusted from my initial listing), and they got it just right. Material is great - heavy enough that it doesn't blow in the wind, but light enough to easily remove from the couch. We've already had a couple heavy rains and my couch and the cushions are untouched underneath. I'm thrilled I bought through Covers&All!
