This cover is fantastic! It was very easy (and clear) to measure and the final product is amazing! Very good quality and perfect fit! I didn't even realize the mesh zippered part in the description but it's so nice that it can be zipped up or taken down.

Bought other covers before and they are excellent. The ones for tall chairs need to have a small tag that designates front and back to make installation easier

The tarp was perfect for my application on a small gazebo. I currently have solid tarps on the sides for winter. But we do on occasion use it when nice enough for a fire in fire pit.
So having a clear tarp that was both heavy duty and fit perfect was great to be able to look out. I'll be purchasing more.

Your website was not clear about the dimensions and I was not given a final proof to review. Your customer service is lacking. There is no reason you couldn't take these back and re work the fabric to add what is needed for the depth and create a final piece that fits properly. I would never accept a store credit from you because I would never give you my business again and in fact will review the business poorly and express my extreme disappointment in your company.
The quality was terrible. The fabric was way too thin. The stitching was not thick enough to withstand use. They will never withstand the elements to be used outdoors. The measurements are off not accounting for a proper depth. And lastly your unwillingness to work with me to re work them and actually create something that would fit properly was extremely disappointing. I will be sure to share my disappointment in as many places and as loudly as I can so that other customers do not have the same disappointment in your company. I feel I got ripped off for a ton of money and left with a crappy useless product. Never again.

It is. I can't stop talking about it which is weird I know. I had low expectations but this cover is fantastic. The fabric color matches exactly with the colors in the house, the fabric is thick and durable, it fits like a glove, and it's well made. High quality and it's amazing that you can customize. The new cover was a replacement for a previous one that had the appearance of fabric. The new material appears more plastic-like and is less appealing visually but the construction is solid and should last for some time.

Our cover arrived quickly, and just as advertised. They also contacted us to verify the size before production. Even through all of the products are made to order, this is still impressive, for a cover that was only ~$120 after a promotional discount. We received our patio furniture cover and put it on yesterday. We're very happy with the quality, but there seems to be more loose fabric than we were expecting. We precisely measured the furniture and understood that the cover would be 2" larger to allow for it to be easily slipped on and off, but it seems bigger than this. Not a big problem though, we simply slid the patio chairs out slightly to fill up the extra slack.
