Make sure the field measurements are the actual size. Covers & All will deduct an appropriate number of inches to include the mounting hardware.

Last summer I purchased a 24 ft long above ground Intex Pool for the family. We live in Northern Arizona, the heat during the summer can be relentless but we also face some snow and high winds during the winter. The cover sent with the pool early lasted 5 months. After searching for hours on Amazon and other websites I decided to order from Custom Covers and thank God I did (everything else on the market is trash). The cover is heavy duty, high quality, and fits perfect. Definitely worth the cost. I wouldn't be surprised if the cover lasts longer then the pool itself.

I am surprised you cannot be more accurate than 1 in when we specified the max radius. Ordered 21 in and measured 22 in. This makes a huge difference when placing the cushion on the chair.

We communicated via email with mock up images and measurements to get all the dimensions correct. Once everything was confirmed and approved, they made the cover and shipped it to my home.

Product material and craftsmanship were excellent out of the box. However, my provided written and PDF instructions requested exact measurements since I had pre-stalled the sail pole and house-mounted hardware. And though Coversall's final proof stated and confirmed "exact" dimensions, all three sides were a minimum 6" short upon arrival. The end product is not useable and will be a throw-away, learning experience. Back to the drawing board.
