Very happy with the website and end result of orders. The covers for outdoor storage box, furniture and speakers are perfect. The winter weather here in Michigan along lake Michigan is very harsh, winds are strong, these covers wrap everything very good and so far have done what I need them to do through 3 storms
Overall positive experience. There was a good amount of back and forth as far as measurements, but this is to be expected with a custom product. Product arrived ahead of schedule and was well-packaged for transit. Fabric feels like of good quality and craftsmanship is also quality. Delay in receiving the product. I expected a complete cushion with fillings, but it was just a cover.

The item I needed the cover for has two rounded corners. I simplified my order by just ordering a cube shape. I was contacted by customer service, requesting additional measurements to fit the rounded corners. It fits perfectly 👌

I loved that I could place a custom order that was slightly different than the standard seat measurements for my rear seat of my car. The back rest was wider than the bench seating area, and an alteration was made that was perfect.
Communication was terrific from Covers and All.
All seemed great until I put the cover over the headrest. The elastic loops that go over the back head rest to hold the upper part in place were too far to the sides so that the loops don't fit like they should and cause fabric bunching in the middle. I will need to some alterations to make the loops fit properly over the headrests. I also think webbing would work better than the elastic loops as the sun will cause the elastic to lose its elasticity fairly quickly.I think measurements of the placement of headrests for the backseat should also be another measurement that is asked for in order to get the placement correct.

You have poor customer service. I don't think it's the fault of the employees I spoke with; they were all lovely! The problem was that they didn't know what they were doing or how to do it. I suggest you listen in a representative sample and learn.

I searched all the ready-made cushion covers but couldn't find the exact sizes, especially for the back cushions as they are trapezoid in shape. Found Covers and All on Google. I was skeptical at first but went ahead and placed my first order. They came in quick and looks beautiful! Made my patio set look new again. I was so impressed and placed a second order for a pool table cover. Can't wait!

I was extremely questionable because of what I was ordering a cover for. It is an outside L shaped kitchen with a lot of weird different measurements. It didn't take long at all for the measurements. Came in a week later and this thing is absolutely what I needed to keep my outdoor kitchen protected from the elements.

Had a cover for a few years and it blew away so I ordered a new one the exact same size but it's too small to fit onto the grill. UPDATE: I went out to refit the cover when it's not 41 degrees and raining and it fits just fine. It was just twisted up in the back. Meanwhile Covers&All contacted me with a sincere desire to make it right. Overall a better experience than most companies!

Purchased an ATSV coupe cover from a competitor, and it was nicely lined underneath. However, it fit like an oval throw. I ordered this cover and although it fits much better still seems a little long in the front and could use better paint protection on the bottom. I think the reason it seems long in the front is the location of the mirror pockets, which, by the way, the first cover never had. I do like the stripe because it helps with lining up the cover along with the mirror pockets

It could have been made the size the Designer had sent me. The size he suggested which was 1-2 inches larger than the object it was gong to cover. Instead it is quite a bit larger then my generator by 3-4 inches if not more.
The ability to fully customize a cover for our organization's media cart was great. We do believe that the pockets may have been sewn on upside down but all in all not a huge issue. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt!

Custom size ordered for 10 cushions and all were within an 1/2" for sizes requested and were a perfect fit for my existing cushion inserts. Well constructed with ties and wrap around zipper for easy use. Complete order arrived within two weeks of being placed.
