The product was worth the inconvenience of the confusion of communicating with your, well meaning, team. Ultimately, the price I paid for expedited delivery was not realized. I was told the price of expedited delivery would be refunded but it was not.

I ordered the Fire Column Cover and it fit perfectly, the material is heavy duty. The only problem was I ordered with the draw string and the draw string is only in two opposing corners and the string only goes about 10 inches each side of the corner. So you are not really able to pull tight on the bottom. The design needs to be updated so when you pull tight the entire cover bottom pulls tight against the the product you are covering.

Before placing my order, I had to measure each piece of furniture and fill out the order page. I measured carefully and it paid off. When my covers arrived (quickly...), they fit very well and look nice sitting on the porch. The previous covers were not custom, and it showed. The covers fit great, look good, and seem well made. I believe they will be durable, but won't know for sure until after winter.

I ordered custom covers and submitted a picture of my chairs, which were not exactly like any of the standard choices. The designer sent me an initial sketch that I could mark up and return. The final covers are an excellent fit to my chairs.

We have an oversized fire pit. It is stone and grout on top which allowed the rain to funnel down into the pit creating a water feature we did not want. Because of the diameter of the pit 33", we were having trouble finding cover that worked. So glad we found Covers & all. Perfect fit. Perfect solution.

I was charged $60.00 to have product here before the 23rd of December after having to add more grommets and webbing I was informed it would not arrive until the 26th I intended to give for a gift when I found out it would not arrive in time I asked to have it shipped regular shipping which would have been free. The representative told me it had gone to production and she could not refund the shipping, when I asked to talk to her manager she asked me if they could call back in a hour which I agreed, hour and a half went by no calls so I called again got a different rep.then my phone started to ring it was them, he told me not to answer it that he could help me, seconds later transfers me back to the other rep. Needless to say got the run around and still charge $60.00 for a gift that didn't arrive before Christmas as I paid extra for.

The ties were wring meaning we cannot attach the cushions properly and the zip is also as a result in the wrong place. After all that you want the product to be right. Now we will have the expense and frustration of moving one set of ties after which the cushions will be as we wanted them. Otherwise a good experience and great web site

A couple years ago, my brothers and I built a custom green egg stand for my dad. The only problem was, we could not find a cover to fit with the custom dimensions. Covers & All saved us. The cover was nearly perfect (a little big near the handle). The shipping time was longer than I anticipated and arrived after my dad's birthday. It took a few days of emails to confirm the custom dimensions before it was sent on to the "production team". Once the cover made it to production, it was finished and mailed quickly. I would recommend knowing there might be a little extra time needed to confirm your order. Other than that, customer service was helpful and the cover is great.

I first bought an extremely large one piece vinyl tarp enclosure from Covers and All for my porch which gets direct sunlight. It worked well but was difficult to put up. After using it a few years, I decided to measure the spaces between my support beams and use smaller pieces with velcro for a snug fit. I love that they provide both sides of the velcro and it seems to works quite well. They advise allowing an inch or two extra, which is necessary to allow some give. Nice product.
