They were very responsive and had me verify measurements twice and included the mockup of the cover which was very helpful. The price was 1/2 of the one from the smoker manufacturer.

It took SIX times to get the measurements correct in the quote. The first package did not have a packing list? The doors/magnetic curtains were not included. They didn't arrive until several days later. No one from your company responded to my email inquiry. We had no idea if they were lost, or what. In general, your product seems good, although I haven't had time to install yet, but the customer service leaves something to be desired.

After sending the measurements for my order of an umbrella cover, weeks later I received an email asking for more information. It's only three measurements. I didn't see it immediately. I had to then take photos of my hands taking the measurements. Even taking into account my not seeing the email for more measurements right away, the entire transaction took entirely too long. My umbrella has now been outdoors (I no longer have a garage. Which is why I ordered the cover) in Michigan winter weather. I intended to cover the umbrella prior to covering up my patio furniture. Now, I have to move all the patio furniture to get to the umbrella. I am not a happy customer.

I recently purchased outdoor furniture covers from Covers & All. While the delivery was relatively quick, I had some issues. First, despite carefully measuring according to the instructions, one of the covers was too small for my furniture. Additionally, they didn't send me the full order initially, which was frustrating.

We love the product. The item was exactly as we ordered. We were notified throughout the entire process of the progress. Covers and All double checked with us on an important issue that we missed. We ordered side panels for our patio. I forgot about requesting the panels to mirror each other rather than 2 of the same. The panels are angled and needed to mirror each other. They caught it and checked with us before they made the panels.

The product was worth the inconvenience of the confusion of communicating with your, well meaning, team. Ultimately, the price I paid for expedited delivery was not realized. I was told the price of expedited delivery would be refunded but it was not.

We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
