The cover was a tad bit oversized on the depth. I sure they allowed some allowance to cater to the handle and hinges, but I had already factored those in when I took my measurement. Overall, happy with the product.

Our pool cover was pretty easy to install and looks fabulous. Good quality product. We had a special order and they were very careful to ensure our measurements were correct so their product would fit. I'd definitely order again. Worth the money.

The processing of the order was bad. I was told my order was placed. I called to check on order, and find out it wasn't. During the reprocessing of the order, the bottom grommets were removed from the original quote. I missed them being removed. Very disappointed.

The Christmas tree bag didn't fit the tree into the bag. We tied the tree up at intervals to compress it. The circumference was very minimal. Not happy customer 😕

Fit was fine! Not sure draw ties are working. They do not seem to pull the edges tight beneath the solar panel. I'll have to wait until warmer weather to investigate further.

Great quality! 25' is heavy. Lol. Wish I knew I could have had custom to fit ( saw after I purchased). Our outside patio elevates up. So I have two feet at the top slanted that's open. Other than that. They should work for our holiday parties and help w wind and winter

I went through a ton of support tickets, sent a ton of pictures and while I have something that is usable I am a bit frusterated the size is off, and the grommets don't actually allow for install.

I ordered a cover for a triangular pillow early December, and the estimated receive date was just before Christmas (23rd). The best news was that the shipment actually arrived several days earlier than that! And the cover looks like it fits the pillow just fine! My only negative comment is that there is a discount for first-time orders that was not automatically applied, and looked to be a hassle to add to the current order. Still, even without the discount, the price was reasonable, the quality looked good, and the product arrived when it was needed! Thanks!

Ordered a canvas lawn mower cover - in past just had a tarp thrown over to protect it from the elements. Covers & All customer service reached out to me several times for specific measurements and even showing me drawings until the final dimensions were all confirmed. The result is awesome!
