I have spent over $1000 to get 4 covers from you. The two that required custom measurements are completely wrong. After measuring and remeasuring and pointing out your errors you have refused to fix them. One of them is so bad it won't even cover our U shaped couch. It is frustrating to trust you guys then you don't get it correct and REFUSE to work to fix it. Everyone makes mistakes, it's too bad you won't own yours. As the owner of a marketing company, I will not recommend you to any of our clients and will begin posting this review on all social media so nobody else gets taken this way.
I would have left 5 stars because the covers are perfect however, the communication with the online customer service was difficult. I would respond to their requests for answers and would then get emails with different comments or questions. Worked out in the end!
I ordered my cover the middle of September with a delivery date of 30 September. I did not receive my order until the end of December. I was not notified of any delays be Coversandall. I had to keep calling and asking about my order. Each phone call, I was on hold for more than 40 minutes each time. Each time I called I was lied to. I was told every time the hold up was with the shipping department, but then was told that they production department promised to have the product finished and shipped within the next 5 days. How can a product be held up in shipping if it isnt even produced yet? After the 6th time I called and was told that my order had not even shippec yet, I demanded to talk to a manager. I was insulted when the customer service manager said the most he could to to try to compensate me for my dissatisfaction was a 7% refund on my order. The clear vinyl tarps I received will had blue magic marker lines on it and will not wash off. I will NEVER use this company again!

To clarify, two orders were placed in September: COV1015697485 with a delivery date of 14 October (delivered on 14 December), and COV1015700023 with a delivery date of 19 October (delivered on 22 December). There was never a delivery date of 30 September on either order as you can see on your order confirmation emails.
We have checked each of the five phone coversations you had with us and each time our associate advised you of a production delay. At no point was it conveyed that the delay was in transit. Our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us.
All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
A 20% refund was processed for both orders on 1 December. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to wait.

Ordered custom cover for an electric fireplace. They did an awesome job making one. Fit perfectly and great material.
Delivery was WEEKS late. Bought a 48" round table cover and it doesn't fit very well. It does not draw tight enough to properly secure it. I pulled both straps as tight as they will go, but the cover is still very loose. We'll see how it holds up over winter.

Due to a slight delay in production it was shipped 3 days late and further delayed in transit, to be delivered on 11 December (per the FedEx tracking page). With regard to the product, we are sorry if it is not as you expected. We handcraft each cover closely following the measurements and any instructions provided. Uploading a picture of the article to be covered is encouraged as it may help us notice any discrepancies in the measurements entered. As mentioned on the product page, "We add 0.5" to 1.5" leeway on the given diameter for easy pull-in and pull-out."
The tie down selected on your order is a drawstrap which can be tightened and locked. For future reference, keep in mind that any product defect can be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. My order was delayed numerous times. Ordered in Sept. Finally after repeated requests to cancel or determine when I would receive my order, I contacted VISA. A couple weeks later I received it DECEMBER There was nothing fancy about what I ordered or anything special When I would email or call I got mixed communications. Actually I received it and then got an email saying they were still working on it and I should get a tracking number soon. Since the emails usually had broken English or word usage incorrect I figured I was working with a foreign company.

Covers & All made a custom cover for an octagonal fire pit. They sent 2 emails asking for additional measurements, which at the time I couldn't understand why - I thought what we gave them according to the website order page was enough. When we got the cover, I was very impressed with the detail that they put into they cover so that it wouldn't blow off. I should have ordered a larger pillow to keep rain water from pooling in it, but an exercise ball should do the trick.
Cushion covers are durable and cut to size. Fit perfectly.

Covers took longer than I expected, but they were custom for our egg chairs. My suggestion to the company would be to stay in constant contact with orders that take longer than normal, so customers dont freak out on the lead time. A little pricey (not a fun buy), but very pleased with the quality & custom fit. You get what you pay for! Will use this company again & highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service, company worked to make sure the measurements were correct. I remeasured and changed the size after double-checking the diagram they sent to confirm the fit. Even called to ask about sizing. The grill cover fit perfectly. Happy with quality. Going to order another one, Wisconsin weather is hard on things left outside.
I ordered custom cushion covers from Covers & All. I was a little nervous because I had never heard of this company, but I had a good experience with them and would recommend it to anyone. The covers came a little before the estimated arrival date, and they were nicely made and good quality. I thought they were an excellent value for the price. My only suggestion to the company is to post more pictures of the finished product on the website. I ordered charcoal gray covers, and there weren't many photos of that option at the time I ordered my covers. The covers that came were more of a bluish gray, but even though I didn't expect that, I think they are a really nice color.
The company gave good instructions how to measure the table in question. A couple of months later but before cold weather started it arrived. It fits just as it supposed. It looks well-made. I'd have no problem recommending them.
I'm mostly angered and frustrated by the lack of communication from this business. I get that everything was messed up this year, believe me, I do. Given the 'ever evolving' situations, I think the best thing a company can do is be transparent to its paying customers. Honestly, I wouldn't have been as upset if I had known that my order was going to take two months to be delivered. Given that by the time two months passed, I did not need the product anymore, I wanted a refund. I had had no communication as to where or what was going on with my order, but was told it was in the mail. I never got a tracking number.
All of it was just weird and incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend and will never shop here again.

It took a while to get the cover but it was exactly as described. The material is thick and well made.
My experience started off great. Customer service was very helpful and easy to contact through chat. Problem started after I place the order.
I was originally supposed to receive the item October 25th. That came and went so I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, for the next two months I went back and forth with them. They kept telling me 5 more days each week I called they would say five more days. They were flat-out lying to me knowing that they couldn't ship it and I don't know why. Have they just said it's going to be another 60 days to receive the item I would have been fine with that. Just tell the truth and I would be okay. However they did offer many discounts along the way and I received the item for a very very good price because of the inconvenience. And for that I am grateful.
The product came in and the quality is very very good. I'm extremely happy with the product itself. My only advice to the company is don't lie to people, just tell them the truth and you'll be much better off.
All of that aside I would definitely use them again. Mostly because of the quality of the product.
Note: everyone should know that the company's not located in Georgia as their website would lead you to believe. The product is actually made in India. But I'm telling you the quality is very good

For your Outdoor Island Kitchen Cover: Apparently our team never denied a replacement for this product. The pictures you shared with us only showed the covered grill without demonstrating any incorrect measurement in the cover. Thus, our team simply requested a proper picture or video showing the exact error. Upon receipt of the requested pictures a replacement was promptly offered. The replacement is now packed and will be shipped shortly.
For your U Shape Sofa Cover: This cover was fabricated per the measurements mentioned on your order confirmation email. Your order did not have any reference images attached or we might have noticed and sought clarification on any discrepancy in the back height. The back and front heights, along with the shape of the default cover we make, are indicated in the diagram on the product page. Despite there being no error from our side, our team offered a significant 50% discount if you wished to have the cover re-made with different measurements.
