Poor Customer Service!
Covers and All provided a custom fit for our patio furniture. We ordered the most durable material and will be giving it a test this winter since our furniture will stay out all winter. So far it appears to holding up to the cold and snow. The fit was exceptional and they followed some special instructions accurately. The covers appear to be durable and I expect that they will last for quite a while. Communication and delivery was better than expected. I found the cost to be reasonable and I would definitely order from the again.
Needed to replace outdoor chair cushion covers. Was able to order exact custom size (trapezoid), arrived on time and of great quality and value. Referred two friends who ordered bbq covers and were very satisfied as well
I bought outdoor cushion covers and very disappointed with the product for a few reasons.
1. The back side of the cover is open and looks bad
2. No zipper or velcro to cover the backside, therefore, leavng the stuffing to get wet and become can create mildew on the inside
3. Straps on back do not line up correctly to fasten them on the chair
3. They do not fit the chairs and I am unable to return them
4. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product as i am these covers. I will be spreading the word not to order through this site due to not standing behind your product or customer service
5. I searched the site for return options and could not find any, which led me to believe I would be able to return the covers if I was dissatisfied
6. I have a pdf of my purchase receipt but the system will not let me upload it

There is no note on your order to indicate that you were expecting cushion covers, nor are there any reference images of the articles you intended to cover.

They lost my order and after several emails a month or so later, they found it. I paid for it when I ordered it so I was a little worried about them losing my order. The cover turned out too "fat" but that was ok as I have enough foam to fill it. The one thing I could not figure out was the closure, it was weird with clips and the clips didn't work well. I will take it apart and redo the closing edge. It still was worth the cost, I can take it apart and redo it but the pattern is there and I can use what they have done as a template to put it back together. I would have spent on the "fabric" alone what I paid for it, so I decided it was ok, and can redo it for what I want it for.

With regard to the product, we apologize if it did not turn out as expected. We handcraft each cover closely following the measurements and any instructions provided. Uploading a picture of the article to be covered is encouraged as it may help us notice any discrepancies in the measurements entered. The tie down selected on your order is a drawstrap which can be tightened and locked. For future reference, keep in mind that any product defect can be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. The two covers I ordered are very good quality material (won't really know until I've had them a year), but they appear to be very well made and of quality material. However, the one custom cover (for a fountain) was problematic. They sent me 4 requests to confirm the dimensions, which never changed. At one point I called them and was told the order was on hold because I had changed the dimensions (I had not) and they were awaiting additional payment of 99 cents. After a few minutes on hold they decided to waive the 99 cents. Even after that call I received a request to confirm the dimensions. Eventually got fed up and told them I was going to cancel the order, I was advised that it was ready to go to production and should be complete in 2 more weeks - it arrived the next day! The cover that I ordered that was NOT custom arrived in about two weeks. I WOULD order from them again though.
The final product turned out to be great, fit perfectly and looks great. However, it took months from the time we initially ordered until it was delivered. Admittedly it was during the Pandemic which they blamed for the delay, but there must have been something they could have done to speed things up. At the end we got 3 change of shipping notices until it really did ship. Had it not been for the time involved I would have rated them with 5 stars.
Ordered my tarps and paid for expedited shipping. Two months later I get my product and the rectangle shapes that they were supposed to be cut in were not straight, making them impossible to connect together as intended. Tried to get a refund or new ones and customer service would not help. Would NEVER buy from again!

I had some fairly complicated covers with curved edges, pockets. They double-check with me a couple times to make sure the measurements we're right, which was great. Then, the covers arrived exactly as expected and fit perfectly.
We bought some high-end patio furniture that required covering due to exposure and had concerns that our unique non-standard configuration would be difficult to cover. The website allowed us to enter our dimensions and about 6 weeks later we received an exact match to our needs. Hi, I've ordered my products 3 months before snowing, I believe the quality of the product is great, tough turf is awesome and light grey color BUT I had a defective product then called them and was advised to send an email with photos of the tag and product what I did, they responded asking for more photos what I did but still waiting for an response, I needed to buy metal clips to hold it together and it's snowing already and I'm still waiting, it's way more expensive than other brands but I wanted to try a renowned Company, it was my first order of 4 items.
P.S. - I understand that with Covid places are running with low capacity but anyway is taking so long.

The ordering processing is a bit slow, but they want to be certain they understand what you want done. Once that is done, the covers arrive just as ordered and are great!
I live in New England and after years of covering my L-shaped grill/granite island with an ugly tarp weighted down with big rocks and 45 lb dumbbells, only to have it partially blown off every winter, I found Covers & All online and decided to try them out. They ask for every possible measurement and confirmed with me on a few more than once via email. They are definitely thorough and want the end product to be perfect. Which it was! I could not believe how well it fit - they made provisions for the gas burner cook top cover, the rotisserie motor, every thing that they wanted me to measure was incorporated into the final design. It literally took me 2 minutes to put it on - no tugging, fussing, stretching or lugging rocks over to hold it in place! The fabric is high quality and looks great. I also ordered 2 covers for my oversized "cuddle style" patio chairs and they also fit perfectly and look great. Definitely a great value for the price -which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for custom cover and will be using them again myself.
Had little pin holes in tarp. When I contacted them they wanted pictures. Sent pictures to them. Took forever for a response, then they wanted more pictures just a big circle with no ending results.

I ordered outdoor curtains early September for my gazebo, I was suppose to get them in 2 weeks, instead they came 2 1/2 months later, which was way pass the time I needed them for. When i checked the website it kept saying they were shipped/delivered in October. When i finally got a "live" person I was told mine had to be redone due to quality control... which obviously took another month and a half. Did i mention they took my money in September?
So now they are here, they are up, and they are falling apart. Awesome. Well actually, the chain that was put in the bottom to "weigh" them done is starting to come undone. The plastic is fine. Very dissatisfied, waste of time and money.
