We got exactly what we were looking for with these covers. I got a round coffee table cover and a custom grill cover. The grill was a little tough to measure for the there are photos to walk you through each measurement, and the one we received fits great!

On your first order: The product page has the option SPLIT ZIPPER. This is a chargeable option for ONE zipper but it was not selected. There were no notes indicating your requirement for a zipper. Despite there being no error from our side, our Quality team offered a significant 40% discount on the reorder.
On your second order: This order was placed with the split zipper selected, but once again with no notes mentioning the exact requirement. All discussions related to the complaint on your first order referred to two zippers - one on each side of the front flap. There was no mention of the ability to open only one of the two doors.
Nevertheless, our team offered to help once pictures of the second cover were shared. These were received on 4 January and we promptly issued a replacement which was shipped within a week. I was happy with the production time and shipping speed of the order. What I was not happy with was the time it took for someone to get back to me about placing a commercial order. One note on large orders: This order was placed for a client. Since it was a large order, she had some difficulty in knowing what covers were for similar sized items. It would be great if each cover could have a side mark attached to identify what item it was for.
Ordered a pool table cover and it fit like a glove!
I am totally satisfied with the tarps that I received. I paid an additional $19.95 for priority shipping and was given an initial date of Nov. 19. They sent an email stating that due to Covid, my shipment would be delayed. I received notice when the order shipped but there was no tracking information provided. I waited 5 days after the order was shipped and contacted them. They provided me with a tracking number and it showed the package due to arrive the next day which it did. I just think that since I paid for priority shipping, it shouldn't have taken 6 days to arrive.
I ordered a large cover for our outdoor sectional and a 2nd cover for our large umbrella. They provided exactly what we ordered for the sectional but did not follow the measurements provided for the umbrella cover. The cover sent to us was not usable and would not refund our money, in turn they said they could remake the umbrella cover at double the original quoted price.

The additional cost quoted for a replacement was the cost of increased circumference which would have been applicable if the correct measurements had been entered at the time of placing the order. Your ordered circumference was 18" and the required circumference was 36" which increases the price of the product.

I needed my softener, salt tank and house filter all covered so it was going to be an odd shape with an opening in the back to allow the wall mounted filter to be covered as well. Covers and All asked me to send pictures and measurements several times with them updating the size each time. At the end of the day my cover fit nicely and is of good quality. I'm happy.
I needed some replacement covers for my outdoor tables and lounge chairs. The covers I ordered fit the bill perfectly. They are sturdy and roomy enough to get over the furniture without a battle.

It took over 2 months to get to standard size tarps. I was given a delivery date 4 times. After several calls to Covers and All, I found out the material was made in another country and because of covid, it delayed the material getting into the USA.

To clarify, your order was placed on 8 October with a delivery date of 5 November. It was delivered on 30 December and the actual transit time was only 2 business days as you can see on the FedEx tracking page.
Our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
As promised we issued a 20% refund on your order due to this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to wait.
