The incorrect size and fabric were sent. Customer service was very difficult to deal with when trying to resolve the issue. Phone support gave incorrect information regarding fabric prior to the order which contributed to the botched order.

The correct size for 83 inches is 6.91 feet which has a higher cost. However, since we missed your note asking for 83 inches width, we promptly issued a replacement and also waived off the price difference for the larger size. We are sorry you do not find this to be reasonable assistance.
My stitching on the cover handle broke two days later. Very disappointed in the quality and come to find out its made in India.

We have noted your email in which you have mentioned that you received 4" of snow the night before. The handles provided on the air vents are just for easy pull in and pull out of the cover. From the pictures you shared with us, it appears there was snow on top of the cover when it was pulled off. Your cover is 13 feet wide and it is likely the handle got ripped due to the weight on top of it.

The order took much longer than expected. I paid for faster delivery but it did not come faster. Some of the measurements are off but it still fits - I would have expected it to be a better fit.
The tarps were a very long time coming. Whenever I spoke with your people in India, they were always very helpful and understanding. They were never rude even though I was sometimes very frustrated by the delays. I appreciated that they offered discounts and always followed through. The tarps are great - I am very pleased. My question: the tarps have a lots of wrinkles. My question: will the wrinkles ease when the tarps are heated by the sun in the spring? Would it work for me to use a hair dryer to heat them to lessen the wrinkles?
Very pleased with the product once received. Ordered in October and received the end of December but this was during the Covid period which may have slowed production and/or delivery down. Size and quality was perfect.
We sent in the required measurements for the outdoor couch. Company came back with a question about one of the measurements. We remeasured (same measurement) along with a photo of the piece. The cover fits perfectly!

I looked everywhere for covers that would fit an outdoor beverage cooler and patio heater. When I found the Covers & All site, I decided to try their customized covers. I input the dimensions, chose the closure mechanism and selected the material. The cost was very reasonable. The covers arrived within the time promised and they fit perfectly. They are well made with secure clasps, straps and elastic. Both covers look like they will withstand the snow, wind and ice of winter. If I need covers in the future, I will definitely order from Covers & All again.
Your package comes with the covers wrapped in plastic wrap not labeled so you have to open all of them to see what you got. Find out they sent you the wrong one? Forget any customer service. They have you jump through a dozen hoops and then they tell you that you are wrong, they are right and that is that. Multiple phone calls later their "Supervisor" was like barginning with a car salesman only worse. You finally get a resolution where you are buying yet another cover because they sent the wrong size and then they tell you "wait, you can't use a coupon with this" and we must start all over! Never will use this company again.

On your first order, we have fabricated the cover according to the measurements you entered and which are clearly listed on your order confirmation email. This confirmation email is sent to your registered email address as soon as the order is placed. Had we been contacted immediately, it would have been a simple change to make. Each cover is passionately handcrafted exactly as ordered. Since these are custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns in the absence of any error from our side.
Despite there being no error in the fabrication of the original cover, our Quality team offered over 50% of the product cost as credit. In addition to this credit, you have also used a 15% coupon code on the new order, thus paying approximately 35% of the actual cost of the new cover.

Ordered my product in October and apparently it is arriving today (January 4th). Assistance through online chat system was not helpful as they couldn't give more information other than "it is coming". Didn't realize that the product is made in India not the USA as the website would indicate which explains why it takes so long. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and thought I had given lots of time for the product to arrive, but it's way past that now. Avoid using this company if you are under any time crunch at all - Essentially you will have to allow for 3-4 months. I understand with Covid there are delays, but this was a significant delay.
