The covers that arrived were two small. I have tried repeatedly contacting customer support and were told that is was my fault. I explained to the what the problem was and they keep telling me that each cover is meticulously made. All dimensions were given according to the diagram on their website. The web site said it would allow extra room. Well they did not allow for extra room for my adirondack chairs. Last Friday, January 26th, I tried calling instead of using the chat feature and I was told that the people I needed to speak to just left but the representative told me to trust him and assured me that someone would contact me on the next Day - Saturday. Here it is Monday and I have yet to receive a call. This has been a very frustrating and expensive lesson.

Ordered a cover 3 months ago and have not seen it. Called customer service multiple times and they keep saying it will arrive next week. Still has not arrived. They will not cancel my order, they reuse to give my money back. I have to dispute the charge now on my credit card company bc Covers And All is a fraudulent company. Please beware of them! I am sure many of the good reviews online are fake. There is no way what some people are saying is true. Horrible customer service that is there to simply hold up the scam

To clarify, your order was placed on 9 December with Free Shipping for delivery by 6 January. It was shipped on 2 February and delivered on 5 February. We are unable to locate any conversation where a cancelation or refund was denied. The delay was communicated to you and after your approval on 31 January we dispatched your order on priority as promised.

I placed a custom order for a cover to go over a small table with a pizza oven on top of it. As they directed on their website, I provided the exact measurements of the width, depth and height of the table with the pizza oven on top. I even provided manufacturer specs for the pizza oven upon request. As per all custom orders, they state that THEY will determine how much additional clearance is needed and we are only responsible for providing the measurements of the item we want covered. The cover arrived after several delays and it did not fit. I have called them several times and even emailed them back and forth with pictures of the cover and several pictures with a tape measure showing the item's dimensions. We have been back and forth several times and each time I provide more pictures based on their requests (including one that showed their company tag on the inside to prove the cover came from them). I now haven't heard from them in a while (weeks) despite their promised for a 24 hour resolution. I again placed a call to follow up today and they request that I send another email or wait for someone to get back to me? This is completely unacceptable. I have finally filed a complaint with PayPAL which I wish I had started sooner. Buyer Beware, you will not get your money back if they mess up!

I finally received a refund for my purchase after filing an official complaint via PayPal and sending them pictures of my product with measurements and the order. They filed in my favor and provided a refund. Without them, Coversandall would have continued to ignore or delay my request for a refund despite their error.

Covers & All team made purchasing our custom sized fountain cover a great experience. We needed a sturdy cover to winterize our backyard water feature. We used their online measuring guide, took pictures and spoke to them directly before confirming the order. We selected the fabric material and chose to add a few grommets on the base of the cover. It came out absolutely perfect with superior quality in materials and craftsmanship. Covers & All did a spectacular job making our fountain cover. Overall time from start to finish took about 3 to 4 weeks and it was worth the time and the expense. They were very attentive to detail, professional and answered any questions we posed. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will use them again for future needs.
We submitted our exercise bicycle measurements as required. Their website said manufacturing was done in India. The cover's length was correct, but the sides are 6" too long on either side.
I filed a trouble ticket and was asked to send pictures. Each time I send them in (multiple times), I am asked to re-submit them. "Richard," the service rep has asked me many times over the past month to send him the pictures I have already sent.

Pictures clearly demonstrating the error are required to do identify the error and to ensure that any replacement being sent is correct.
The first set of pictures you sent were never delivered - we take note your email in which you have mentioned "I checked my phone, and the pictures were not sent due to the size of the file."
Subsequently, the pictures we have received are either extreme close ups in which we are unable to identify the product, or do not show a readable measurement of the cover. We assure you that we are keen to replace any incorrectly manufactured products in order to ensure your satisfaction. Our Quality team responded to you on 20 January requesting pictures clearly showing the product and the incorrect measurement. If this presents a problem, you can also capture a single video after putting the cover on the bike and showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure. This will help us resolve your concern quickly.
I would never order from this company again. We ordered 2 tarps on Oct 25th for an event in late November. Paid for expedited shipping "just to be safe" even though it clearly states on their website that their delivery times are NOT being affected by Covid 19. We were expecting these 2 tarps on Nov 16th. Around Nov 16th I started getting emails that our delivery was pushed out by a week. Then another week. Then an email saying "due to safety measures our production quantity has been limited and the tarps would be delayed". No fewer than 6 emails later, our tarps were delivered on January 5th. I haven't even opened them as we now no longer have need for them. It's understandable if production is delayed during a pandemic... but be upfront about it! It's not acceptable to take someone's money (and extra shipping cost!) and then deliver your product almost 2 months late. I'm disappointed in the extremely poor customer service (when they were contacted with a request to cancel the order in December!), and also their blatantly misleading delivery times.
