I purchased a custom griddle cover, gave immaculate measurements, and upgraded the materials. The cover I received was so long it gets trapped under the wheels. I sent an email and they responded after a week asking for many photos and more measurements which I sent same day. Since then nothing! They don't provide good customer service or stand behind their product. I'm profoundly disappointed.

This is my second purchase from Covers and All. They did an great job and their product is good quality. Would've been 5 stars but their communication on shipping delays could have been better. It took 3 months to receive my order. I get the delays due to the pandemic but going from 3 week delivery to 12 was long. I ordered specifically for the winter season and the extended delay should've been relayed to me in advance. What was weird was I placed my order on 10/18/20 and this review asked me to review my order placed on 1/4/21. So that makes me think my order wasn't in at all until 2021 even after I inquired numerous times. They did give a 10% refund for the inconvenience, though. Will most likely use again because product is good.

To be able to custom size two different covers for a small fire pit and a portable heater worked out very well and although a little pricey I got exactly what I wanted. The covers seem we'll made and strong.

All and all its a very high quality cover. My only issue was with FedEx which isnt covers and all fault. Just fedex being FedEx... wanting a signature on a 50 dollar cover...
Anyway I have it installed on a through the wall a. C. unit it fits well and has really cut down on the drafts. I would recommend them since the cost is obly slightly higher then a good quality generic cover that wont fit as well as the obe you get from these guys.
The cover that came with out fire table provided no protection. After searching several sites I realized I would need a custom cover. I was happy to find that this cover was only slightly more than others that would not have been as good of a fit. I was surprised by how substantial the cover is and how well it works. The nice time we need a cover we will just purchase from here.
I had to call multiple times because I kept getting an email stating my order was on hold and to contact customer service. Every time I contacted customer service they said they either didn't know what the issue was and that they would get back to me or they said the order was shipping. Extremely poor experience. I will not order from them again.

You are thinking you're buying a USA made product but they are being made in INDIA with absolutely no mention of it on the website. If you want it for winter you better order it in early fall. Took my simple, flat 8'x7'x 6' hanging cover 2 months (8 weeks) to arrive in NC. This was my first order and my LAST!

To clarify, your order was placed on 20 October with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 18 November. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 11 December.

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
